Score from 956 reviews Very good
The shower is quite small and narrow. Noisy rooms.
Location (not far from subway). Quiet street.
It's a nice place for a modest traveller. If you want luxury, choose something else. I liked it.
good value for money convenient location
not all the staff spoke english, so communication was hard at times
great location, good value for money, wifi quite good in the room, decent bathroom
wifi now seems to have limits on the size of a page so not all websites download properly or at all
Price near metro having a balcony is nice
If you look for clean, safe, superbly connected at no extra price room this hotel is for you. Receptionist v helpful and room super clean. Loreto mm a few meters away and central stn an easy 15-20 min stroll
Breakfast, the room and the service.
Staff dont know english, only one of them know. Shower cabine is so small. Breakfast is poor.
Location is good. They clean rooms every day. Wifi is realy excelent.
Breakfast needs to be more variable.
Staff very and very friendly, Rec boy Chi is very helpful and all family who manages the hotel is warm. Location perfect. Nice garden to have a breakfast.
Shower recess could do with some bleach but the bathroom was overall clean. No wifi in the kitchen area which would have been useful to plan our day but we learnt to do this in our room.
Surprisingly fresh towels were supplied daily. Towels and linen clean and in good condition. Family was friendly and helpful. You could tell they had pride in their accommodation. Very good wifi from our room. I was able to get hot water in a teapot to brew my herbal tea.
The breakfast is rather poor, though probably fair for Italy. The sounds from the corridor and the neighbouring rooms are heard quite loudly. The staff do not speak English. There is no elevator (and the hotel has several floors).
A very good location in a peaceful district relatively close to the main Art Nouveau attractions of Milan, in a very beatiful building with a picturesque courtyard; 10 mins by metro to the historical center, 5 mins to the Centrale railway station. The staff are very nice and helpful East Asian people.
Breakfast was surprislingly good for a 2 star hotel. In summer you can have a breakfast in terrace.
Only one member of the staff speaking English
Everything was excellent, really quiet area, close to metro station, 10 minutes by metro to Duomo, reach breakfast, very clean, nice staff, everything like in description, for this price I expected somothing worse, I truly reccomend!
It's a family and they don't speak in english and not very well in italian. The bathroom look like a swimming pool after shower. Really! Don't have courtains or box. Don't have lift. The breakfast is really poor. Only industrialized food. The coffee is limited and you have to ask for. And the most important: they just TURN OFF the air conditioning when they want!! And Milan could be very hot! We were sleeping and woke up sweating because they had turned off the air conditioning!!!!!
Nothing. It's a trap! RUN!
Room needed minor fixes/maintenance, we could hear the TV from the next room, the AC was not working
Good wi-fi connection, friendly staff
Good location, close to metro to go around. Nice, friendly staff, very helpful.
didn't like the location at all, nothing near, the guy on the reception doesn't speak much english. single room is tiny and dark. doesn't have elevator. bad breakfast, all industrialized nothing natural
good speed internet
Great location, couple of minutes away from Loreto metro station. Walking distance to Central Rail station that provide access to airport shuttle busses. Staff was very helpfull and friendly, good breakfast. The hotel is very clean and very good value for the money. I recommend
Weak breakfast, who came later, found nothing to eat. Be sure to have cash to pay for stay, card reader could not work. WiFi doesn't work.
The breakfast was all sweets and no nutrition. One of us got 7 bits on the throat by some kind of bebugs Leakage of water from the shower onto the floor
Cheap, easy to find, OK location.
It was miles away from anywhere unlike the reviews. Mould on the windows, no shower curtain, bubblegum stuck under the sink. Staff were friendly enough but useless. There was a smell about the place as well. I would urge people to not consider this place as you will only be dissapointed
The dush cabin is too small and uncomfortable.
We liked the place, the near by metrostation, the comfortable bed,. the romantic garden
The breakfast was ok but limited.
Room had a lovely balcony - ask for a room on the 2nd (top) floor. The hotel has a quiet garden, great for having breakfast. The hotel is in a very quiet street. Staff very friendly and relaxed.
