Hotel amb molt d'encant, en un palau molt ben remodelat. Situat a prop de la Plaça de Sant Marc. Comparat amb la resta que vaig veure a la ciutat per internet està molt bé per ser a Venècia. Jo el recomano a la gent que vulgui passar una bona estada a Venècia. La veritat és que crec que millor pagar una mica més i estar en un hotel com aquest que no pas estar en algun 3 estrelles dubtós. Potser el menjador de l'esmorzar queda un pèl petit en algun moment. Però res que no es pugui superar esperant-se 5 minuts com a màxim. |

The Superior Room we occupied had excellent facilities, was comfortable and clean. The Concierge ws very helpful with good tourist information. The Breakfastf location was lovely. Indoor Bar area not open in June. |

The service staff provided good recommendations and gave very clear instructions which was very helpful in the tiny Venice alleys. Breakfast was scrumptious. We stayed on the 2nd floor facing the water alley and it was noisy in the mornings. Ordered a water taxi to the airport through the hotel reception. However, the water taxi was 20 minutes late. When we approached the receptionist to confirm that the taxi was on its way, he seemed rather annoyed. |

Proud staff. Great policy: no shorts allowed in the courtyard during breakfast, lunch and dinner time. It really cost them business (especially American and British). They put their money where their mouth is. Excellent hotel. Great location. |

Location was central. Staff was nice, very helpful and capable. Kept nice and clean. It was good, without being over the top or too expensive. Just what we were looking for. Room was exactly what we had requested when booking. Bed was a little hard, but Ok. Elevators are so so, but get you there. |

Very close to city attractions and Grand Canal. Decent facilities and service. Friendly and helpful staff. The very expensive room had no natural light to speak of and the lighting was dim. It was a very gloomy experience although the room was a decent size, great bathroom and efficient, if noisy, airconditioning. |

The hotel was very central and made our stay in Venice easy. I loved our room and the spacious bathroom. Staff were very helpful with all the questions we asked! |

This was our second stay here. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly as well as very knowledgeable about the city's events. Rooms are very nice; bathrooms are roomy. Location is superb. |

The hotel location although not with a view is excellent. The interior of the hotel is magnificient. The restaurant is superb. The room was really comfortable The breakfast was not good. Not all the staff are friendly and helpful, some staff were rude. |

Comfortable, clean, and quiet. Excellent breakfast. Great location. Room was a little warm, but didn't want to open the windows since the fire escape was next to the window. |

The staff was very friendly, hotel was very central, the room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was good and clean and the breakfast (which can often be just some coffee and croissants in hotels of similar price category) was better than we expected. |

Great position nearby St Marks Square, caught water ferry from airport (E13 each one way) and the water stop only 400m away from hotel.The hotel staff were cheerful, porter helped with bags, room tidy, clean and fresh towels & bed linen each day, took own travel kettle, great choice of breakfast ( from 7.30am to 10.30am! |
