Goede ontvangst, goede service bij vragen etc. Mooi hotel - van binnen ziet het er prachtig uit. Hotel heeft een bar + restaurant aangesloten, dus je kunt gerust s'avonds ook daar eten en drinken. Goede locatie van het hotel - relatief dicht bij Piazza San Marco en aanlegplaatsen Vaporetto / Ali Laguna. Goede kluis aanwezig.

Badkamer is niet van een 4-sterren hotel niveau. Het water wisselde steeds van temperatuur, de douchekop had maar 1 stand - keihard - en daarnaast zat de koudwaterkraan los en viel op een gegeven moment vanzelf van de muur. Ook had de kamer naast het raam een brandtrap. Ontbijt stelt weinig voor - zoete broodjes + toast - maar dit lijkt in alle hotels in Italie hetzelfde. Minibar niet gratis.

The Superior Room we occupied had excellent facilities, was comfortable and clean. The Concierge ws very helpful with good tourist information. The Breakfastf location was lovely.

Indoor Bar area not open in June.

The service staff provided good recommendations and gave very clear instructions which was very helpful in the tiny Venice alleys. Breakfast was scrumptious.

We stayed on the 2nd floor facing the water alley and it was noisy in the mornings. Ordered a water taxi to the airport through the hotel reception. However, the water taxi was 20 minutes late. When we approached the receptionist to confirm that the taxi was on its way, he seemed rather annoyed.

Proud staff. Great policy: no shorts allowed in the courtyard during breakfast, lunch and dinner time. It really cost them business (especially American and British). They put their money where their mouth is. Excellent hotel. Great location.

Very close to city attractions and Grand Canal. Decent facilities and service. Friendly and helpful staff.

The very expensive room had no natural light to speak of and the lighting was dim. It was a very gloomy experience although the room was a decent size, great bathroom and efficient, if noisy, airconditioning.

Perfect location,wonderful helpful staff especially at the front desk,everything we requested was organised exactly as we wished.We will be back!

This was our second stay here. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly as well as very knowledgeable about the city's events. Rooms are very nice; bathrooms are roomy. Location is superb.

The hotel location although not with a view is excellent. The interior of the hotel is magnificient. The restaurant is superb. The room was really comfortable
