The owners were wonderful; very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel was in a great location with easy access to the town center of Sorrento, and public transportation. We enjoyed our stay there very much. |

Very good value for the money spent. The location was great. So close to everything in Sorrento. The breakfast was very good - not just pastries. The staff were welcoming, warm and helpful. The place was very clean, secure and safe. I would return there. Not really. I would have liked clearer information in the room about how to use the phone in room for making external calls. It was also not clear upon check in that you could request wake up call which we found out was an option halfway through our stay Having a clock radio in the room might also have been helpful |

Family run hotel. Owner and staff were all friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was very good, with nice choice including cereals, fruit, bread, cakes (homemade), eggs on toast or pancakes, plus the usual continental ham and cheese, etc. Coffee was good and hot water for tea. Room was a good size and all rooms appear to have a balcony. Bed was comfortable, with extra pillows and the air conditioning worked. (Like most Italian hotels, you have to make sure windows are shut for a/c to run) Shower and bathroom were smallish, but provided enough room and the water was always hot. The location was good, being 5 to 10 minutes easy walk from both the station and Piazza Tasso. Everything was clean, tidy and in good decorative order. Nothing - we would definitely recommend this hotel. Overall, some previous reviewers have been overly critical or pernickity taking into account that this is in Sorrento, Italy and the price of the room. |

This hotel is a family run hotel and wow is it well worth the money..Although a 2 star hotel it most definitely should rate higher. They serve an excellent breakfast offering amongst others, eggs and pancakes.Late the first night there, we could not open our suitcase. With a friendly attitude ,they set about helping us and managed to open it without damaging it at all. Top score to this hotel. |

Although one staff member spoke only a few words of English, the friendly owners are fluent which was helpful to me as I speak almost no Italian. The room's balcony, furnished with a bistro set, had a lovely view of the city's old walls, and with a little garden below. The inlaid wooden furniture and hand made floor tiles are very tasteful and of very high quality. The room that was originally booked for me was small and not as attractive as the one to which I was cheerfully upgraded when we discovered that the heat wasn't working. There was never a question of charging me more for the better room. So a bit of a negative was turned into a positive for me. |

Rosa & Pepe were marvellous. The breakfasts were a delight, with Rosa's speciality of thin pancake a must each morning. Our room had a balcony overlooking the street; which has about 10 large pine trees and large garden beds. Evening drinks up there watching the world go by was a highlight of our stay. |
