Hotel Savoy  

The location is excellent....A short stroll down the beautiful Via Veneto to the Metropolitana...Or a few more steps to the Trevi or to the Spanish Steps or a few more steps to Via del Corso.

Nothing....Perhaps you could add tea/coffee making facilities in the room....We survived without it but l'irlandese amare il nostro tè!!

Very welcoming on arrival, with good information supplied on how to locate the famous sites. Rooms cleaned daily with clean towels changed.

Internet was available as an extra charge and is very pricly. Breakfast buffet is limited in food selection

It is a very old hotel - with ancient staff and ancient, disgusting furniture. Breakfast was served in an underground room with staff that did not speak, did not smile - I felt as if I was in prison - I will not speak about the quality of food, bread, coffee, eggs and all these because they match prison food very well - Reception staff was not helpful at all. They were there like a robots - did not hear what we were asking them. They were saying everything like a poem, this is what they knew well and nothing more. In the room we had only 2 towels one for each, no extra face towel, no slippers to walk on their ANTIQUE carpet, no shampoos (only one for each). On our departure I clearly asked the receptionist to get us a large car to the airport because we were 4 adults and 6 suitcases - he got the smallest car in Rome, the dirtiest driver who wanted to leave us at the train station and not the airport. Really if I was going to stand in the middle of the street to get a taxi I would manage to get the proper one... The staff was present at the hotel only as statues........ No talking, no communication.

I stayed at the Savoy 20 years ago and liked it then. It is even better now. Staff is friendly and helpful, but not over-bearing. It has enouigh modern amenities to suit me and still maintains the Italian charm with its decor. I was very comfortable there. The roof terrace is new to me, and that was spectacular. I want to live there!

i did not like the bath room : too old and water not hot enough also there is not natural light in the bed room teh breakfast in underground

Staff were very kind and helpful. They were able to answer all of our questions and communicated with us in English. They offered us an upgrade because we were staying 2 nights.

The location was near good restaurants and shopping

The lighting in the room was not bright enough. Should have an iron in the room. Asked twice and never received.

No kettle or tea making facilities in the room and only one English speaking channel on the tv which was cnn.

Best is location. Hotel staff professional. It's an older central city hotel that's been upgraded nicely but shows its age. Overall a good place to stay but a little pricey.

3 days of room service breakfast was stale croissants and rolls. Room service people were good, food was not. 9 € daily wi fi access was often not there or was so slow as to be unless.

The bedroom was a bit small, breakfast was over quite early. Sheets, not duvets on beds

It was clean.

Wifi is only accessible in the lobby and dining hall. Rooms were dark (needs improvement in terms of lighting). No conditioner available (after shampoo). Also no lotion and cotton buds. (Thank God I brought my own.) Front desk staff not very friendly. They should smile more.

Отличное месторасположение Минут 7 пешком до испанской лестницы, а сам отель расположен на тихой улице. Отличный ресторан в самом отеле с чудесными официантами, а рядом популярный японский ресторан.

Очень простой завтрак. И платный Вай фай.

Hotel storico in buona posizione. Lo staff molto cortese e disponibile, la buona e varia colazione, il terrazzo al 6° piano, con vista splendida su Roma e ottimo per gustare l'aperitivo o un dopo cena. Peccato che chiuda a mezzanotte

Noi abbiamo alloggiato alla 302 e l'abbiamo trovata un pò datata: la moquettes andrebbe sostituita e così pure la rubinetteria del bagno e la vasca (che non si presenta proprio bene). Non c'era la cassaforte in camera.

Excelente ubicacion. Buena calidad de las sabanas, impecables. Cama confortable y buen tamaño de habitacion. Desayuno completo, fresco y buena variedad.

La falta de acceso gratuito al internet, algo esencial y primordial en estos dias. La alfombra un poco desgastada en comparacion con la calidad y buen estado general del hotel.
