Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We will be back.
WiFi connection had to be changed every 24 hours.
Professionalism of Staff Quality of room
No issues to report
Great location. Very silent rooms - it is very important for so noisy city as Rome. I had a room on 6 floor - room was very spacious, nice bathroom. Breakfast - good enough.
I did not understand why internet password should be changed every day? The elevator to the 6 floor is very slowly.
Staff very friendly Location very good and hotel had good ambience.
Tongue in cheek - The weather !
Excellent staff, lovely clean hotel and good breakfast.
The air con didn't work. The loo took a lot of attempts to flush and the pipes in the ceiling were very noisy.
The food selection and the internet
The Breakfasts were wonderful ! The rooms were very nice!! The staff was friendly and helpful!
The fixed price dinner on the roof top was not that great except the rolls were delicious! Very overpriced!
location, staff and cleanness
Interent was very bad, really bad.
The breakfast was fine. The location is good.
The hotel only had 1 iron in the entire hotel. The front desk staff could have a little more informative and a little more friendly.
The pillows used were very bad. Breakfast average. Heard while there many complaints on lack of housekeeping.
Staff were extremely helpful, especially concierge as we were having difficulty accessing the internet & printing out our tour passes. They gave us a map circling all major attractions. Restaurant staff were friendly & welcoming. Room was clean & a fair size, bed very comfy. Nothing was too much trouble & hotel was very impressive inside & out. Breakfast had a wide variety & plenty of everything. Wonderful stay.
Would like stronger lighting in hotel room, bit dark. A mirror for doing my make up would be good too as the mirror in the bathroom would steam up after the shower. Ironing board would be a good addition, I brought my travel iron but no surface to iron on!
Staff at the reception were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
Wifi price and Breakfast
There was a lot of "door noise" from other guests and the cleaners early in the morning.
Loved the location, rooftop restaurant and views. Very nice staff, would stay again and highly recommend!
Proximity to all major attractions of Rome.
1. Lack of free access to Internet and quite expensive paid web access. It is XXI century, and making savings on web access looks rather cheap :-) 2. Very limited food selection for breakfast.
Great roof top bar, staff friendly and made us very welcome.
A quiet elegant hotel, staff very helpful The location is excellent Nice breakfast
You have to pay for WiFi 12 Euros only for 24 hours.
I liked everything from the staff to the accommodations. I liked the area and how it was close to everything.
I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for WiFi and it was only good for 24 hours. Also how the password didn't work on the other device I had when I was told it would work up to 3 devices in one room. Same thing happened to my friend with her devices, only one worked.
The location is excellent
Hard bed and pillows
It is close to things I want to do.
The design of the baday was useless and to close to the toilet. Saff was somewhat helpful did not go out of their way to meet our needs. No wifi for free in the Loby for the price of the hotel. I have been there several times and recommended this hotel but not any more.
Hotel has a nice location close to the Spanish Chairs and in a quite street. Breakfast is nice (fresh made coffeee variants available) but in the basement with no windows for outside view. The staff during breakfast is very friendly.
We have stayed 6 times at the hotel, which is high loyalty to us as we haven't other hotels in Rome. However we were placed at a 1. floor hotel with a lot of trees outside the room giving a bad view out of the windows. I had expected that loyalty had some upside and not a downside with a poorly placed hotel room. The view from 4. floor is very nice. We asked in the reception if they could see history of guests at the hotel, but the couldn't. Despite we informed we had been very loyal and stayed at the same hotel many times the seemed not to care at all. Very disappointing and the reason why we consider to use another hotel during our yearly Rome visit in the future. You still have to pay separately for Internet connection. At previous stays we got one hours free daily - that service is no longer available.
The hotel was in a great location for most of the tourist sites. We could walk to many of them. The staff are really friendly and breakfast was good.
The staff seemed unconcerned with our comfort and when asked for directions they seemed bothered and disinterested. The lobby is like an old folk home.
