Friendly staff, excellent location within walking distance of Roma Termini and all main attractions, excellent Wi-Fi, very quiet, good breakfast
professionalism of staff, breakfast, location of hotel
no microwaves in hotel rooms or kitchen to cook food
hotel corresponds to the ratio of price and quality, at the front desk staff is always , all vopos resolved quickly and efficiently. Good hotel to stay.
for stays of a group of friends would be good to just offer a second blanket, if the room has a double bed.
The hotel was in a very good area for the bus station , the underground , the train station & short walks from most of the historic sites. The breakfast was basic but ok . There is free wifi at this hotel. Good cafés and bars close by .
My hotel room needed a lick of paint and the shower cubicle was covered in black mould around the rim but I can't complain Rome was brilliant .
Hotel was good but k think you can find something better for the money. Breakfast was ok, but too sweet.
Was far from almost everything. Wifi doesn't work, just on the stairs on the first floor. Staff was not helpful, except for the man that was at night. Breakfast too sweet.
We asked for a transfer to the airport and the driver showed up upstairs knocking the door rudely half an hr before the agreement. So anyone can just show up to your room? Kind of unsafe. We told the receptionist and she apologised as she said she didn't know anything about it. Apart from that, everything was good
The location was great, the staff were amazing... Helped us with every thing we needed. The rooms were larger than I expected for the money paid.
Not much at all
Perfect position of the hotel, in quiet street but few steps or very close to everything like metro/bus station or central Termini station and if you don't mind 10 or 15 minutes walking then also to most of the sightseeings. Staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and daily cleaned. Wi-fi worked very well. The hotel is worth for this money.
I had a room near reception desk so nights were very noisy sometimes because of coming and speaking people there. Some guests also came to the reception make the phone calls and deal their problems by it for hours so it was difficult to fall asleep sometimes as you felt like they were speaking 1 meter from you. The window in the room was not possible to close and shower was a bit small. Equipment in the bathroom is already a bit used and old and could be renovated but still working. Various but only sweet breakfast that I don't eat but staff solved this problem for me so I was satisfied.
Location very convenient to bus station and Centro Storico. Nice staff.
Room very small. Wifi barely reached us. Room was dark. No outlet in room, had to charge phones in bathroom.
Location was very good. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
The room was below my expectations. There was only one electric socket with a tv plugged in. The TV didnt work properly. There was no phone in the room, and would need to go down from the 4th floor for anything. The wifi initially didnt work at all but then started working and was pretty fast. I expected a bit more from the room. It was very basic. The bathroom had no bathtub.
- Hotel very close to the centre (Roman Forum etc...). - Room was always clean. - Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. - At any time of the day & night, there was always someone at the reception desk.
- Small choice for breakfast. - Bad wireless connection.
The staffs are friendly and helpful. Location wise is excellent and value for money!
The double room and the private bath are too small.
Nice hotel in center of Rome. Quiet place, good breakfast, nice room.
Rooms quite comfortable
The breakfast was average
Breakfast could be improve. Non smoker on night receptionist. The lobby stinks in the early morning.
I liked the building, old and impressive. Also, the location is excellent. All the beautiful sights are at walking distance. Splendid.
The breakfast, all you can eat is too sweet.
The location,the staff
reception and breakfast staff all great, attentive
breakfast was ok, could do with some fruit or cheese, though our shower was so small you could barely move.
Excellent location and builiding. Lovely room, spacious and clean
Small shower with curtain. Small desk and tv
The atention was good and It is a few minutes walking from the bus stop and Metro.
