The location was good.

The bathroom was not clean and water was cold.

Liked the location of the hotel, it is located in the center a stone's throw from the hotel convenient underground parking (fee required), friendly staff.

Did not like the hotel very high audibility! From 5 am you could hear the leave the room other visitors had the feeling that they are all inside the room! I believe that you should pay special attention, this hotel is in no way intended for rest and relaxation!

Very friendly guys at the reception, open for asking for any kind of questions; 24 hour reception; nice building, room with a lot of light, quiet street outside the window. Great location, in the very center with easy access for most famous places by foot. Good value for money. Overall impression is positive.

Wi-fi only in the small quarter nearby the reception desk - was not convenient for me.

Good value for the money, beautiful old building, clean, very close to Termini, yet quiet location, nice staff. We stayed only for one night and we were looking for something cheaper close to the railway station. I was pleasantly surprised to find more comfort and cleanliness than expected. Breakfast was ok (coffee, croissants, jam, honey, nutella, milk, orange juice, cereals).

Main problem we had was that the shower in our room didn't have a cabin. It was literally a shower head coming out from the wall and a curtain around it that was not very efficient. The whole bathroom gets pretty messy from all that water everywhere. Also, your feet are directly on the floor when you shower so slippers are useful to have.

The shower was awful! And there was only one socket. For wifi, you had to stand next to the hotel reception.

The location is great, just at the coner of Reppubilc station, 2 min walk to the metro. Clean houses and nice service will absolutely drive me there if I tralvel to Rome again.

The breakfast is not as good as I had in Milan, and there is no wifi in the room, need to surf internet at lobby. But it is very value for money choice.

Only Location is good

Rest room is not good and does not have a hand shower. Not a proper room service. Booking .com claims Wifi is available in all areas but its just available only at a small place which is not acceptable. Breakfast provided is not good.

The staff were all very fantastic and helpful, the location was ideal for most of the major sights and transport links.

The comfort of the room,the easy access to local transport,the easy distance to all the local sightseeing attractions and the nearness of the restaurants and other shops.

Location, Staff and Cleanliness

For the prize it was very good

The female staff was very nice,answered our questions and gave us some valuable information. It is pleasent, specialy considering it's price comparing to others.

The other guy at the reception was quite rude. Besides, the breakfast room was in the basement,with almost no light and the hotel ladys were screaming at each other all the time.

Location is great, breakfast is ok (although only sweet stuff served by two morose ladies) some friendly staff - the girl on the reception gone out of her way to help us with queries including once during the night for an urgent hospital question. Air-con, telly, elevator etc. worked as it should. Room was tiny but reasonable.

Nothing really unless you count the ladies at the breakfast bar. And I could not work out why was half of the rooms on our floor sealed by the cops.

The staff which is very friendly and attentive as well as location make this hotel very convenient for the short term stay .

The room is tiny, there is no space to put your luggage, no fridge in the room, the breskfast is horrible. It doesn't worth 100 euros for a day.

I like its location the most, because it's just behind of the Piazza dela Republica and near the Termini Station. It's fully represents a sense of Italian life.

Not, but I was surprised that the fridge was not in the room. I was with my little baby and that was the problem for me, but the stuff simply canceled this.

The hotel was nearby the trainstation(five min. walk) and very near the metro station.

It was ok for me and my daughter(15 years old). We were out all day, and we needed a place to sleep and make a shower. We thought it was internet connection in the rooms, but it was not.

The service personal at the reception were very friendly! +++ Breakfast is only sweet (tea, coffee, chocolate, bread, croissants, cornflakes, butter, marmalade, honey, peanut butter). But it is enough and ok for a 2** hotel! The room was small but clean. It´s close to many sights and to the Metro. Therefor the price is perfect!

The Lady who serves the breakfast doesn´t like her job. She could be more friendly and she could learn at least a few words english. The shower curtain could be changed.
