Hotel was nice for the price, breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and helpful

Easy accessibility when touring Tuscan cities and landmarks. Close to the countryside although smack in the middle of a shopping complex...this proved to be more convenient than expected. Good restaurant with fair selection. Good breakfast Prompt service, friendly and helpful. Well equipped. Nice ambience for a 3 star.

The small swimming pool was freezing cold while the outside temperature was over 26 deg. C

Unfortunately, the hotel doesn' t have a great view but is a good located hotel near to all famous villages.The hotel is 1km far from the village Poggibonsi near to the industrial zone. When you reach the village Poggibonsi foward the sings for S. gimignano the hotel is in your left hand near to store TRONY

nice staff, a pool (very good in the summer!), the room is clean and convenient. Good to see the Toscana countryside -- San Giminiano, Poggibinsi, Volterra etc.

Very close to San Gimignano. Staff were helpful with our requests. Reasonable distance to Pisa as well. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it.

All the staff at the Semifonte went above and beyond to serve us. There was always someone available to answer our countries about things to do, where to eat and even could arrange tours for us. They were also very receptive to feedback and went out of their way to accommodate us if we needed anything. The facilities were basic, but super clean and comfortable.

As they say the devil is in the details...1 More storage shelf in the bathrooms for toiletries bags would have been great, as well as a wastepaper basket in the actual bedroom and not just the bathroom. That's it! The rest of the room was basic, but super clean and comfortable.

La posizione, ottima se si vogliono visitare le città e I paesi vicini: Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, ecc.

Triste l'ingresso, altrettanto la camera. Estremamente "antica", pavimenti rotti, pareti da rimbiancare, doccia incrostata dal calcare, televisore ancora col tubo catodico che prendeva male. Povera la colazione.

L'hotel si trova in piena zona commerciale/industriale in periferia di Poggibonsi; la camera con la tenda oscurante rotta era "illuminata" dai fari dl parcheggio; la tv sintonizzata soltanto per rai 1,2,3. breakfast con un solo inserviente assolutamente incapace di far fronte alle richieste dei clienti. Insomma, un disastro completo!!

Staff veramente gentile e disponibile. Ristorante interno di buon livello e ricca colazione a buffet. Struttura ben posizionata tra S.Gimignano e Siena, raggiungibili al max in 30/40 min di auto.

Non semplice da trovare, necessario arricchire le info per raggiungerlo. L'arredamento delle camere non è eccezionale (TV obsoleto e letto matrimoniale), specialmente per un Hotel che si frregia di 4 stelle. La descrizione della camera std. riporta la vasca, invece non trovata. Le camere (almeno quelle al piano terra) non sono molto isolate dal corridoio e sala da pranzo/colazione, con il risultato di sentire i rumori di chi passa nonchè delle stoviglie e macchina da caffè.
