Unobtrusive service and staff, everything was good. Facilities, especially in a room are in a great state. The table during a breakfast place very closely approximating. |

Nice staff, breakfast (it was alright but could've been better...), clean room, room was made up when asked, we got a good deal on staying here Not given enough toilet paper! And toilet paper was not re-stocked! Also no computer to use, and apparently they had trouble with wi-fi connection. Breakfast could be better, with toast or cereal (hot breakfast would be awesome but that could be dreaming!!), expensive and wouldn't normally stay here (we got a good deal from website) |

The staff is friendly, the room was clean and the towels were changed every day. The location is great, it is easy to find the hotel, and it is situated close to metro station or 10-15 min walk from Duomo The bathroom was very small. There are not enough places for breakfast, and so if you come late, you have to wait for rather long time. |

It is close to Metro. When I was booking, it is said from the internet that the price of the room is previously Euro 200, and after the promotion, the price for each night is Euro 60. However, the room is very small, and the facility is not good. So it was not worth Euro 200. I feel I was cheated by the deal. |

it's very clean and well refurbrished recently. Very good location & easy to access metro and public transport. quiet and safety area. Our bed was too small for two(double). |

Only The breakfast was good . The bathrooms were too small. The staff were not helpful in telling/locating places. The hotel does not accpet travel cheques . |

Very good and spacious double room compared to other 3-star hotels I've stayed in Italy. Staff is rude. But I still have to give them credits that they did solve my problems with internet and hotel bill. Overview they are helpful if you can stand their manners. |

The staff (reception, Restaurant) were friendly, helpful, and cooperative. They were very kind. The bathroom was very very small...if you are a little fat person, then better dont take bath else, you'll break your elbos. |

This hotel is almost in the centre of Milan, cca 10 minutes from Stazione Centrale...The staff was very friendly, but we waited better room for the prize....and the breakfast was very poor.... |

The hotel is very close to Republicca Metro Station(5 minutes walk) and to Statione Centrale, so you can reach any point in Milan without much effort. So,the position of the hotel is very good. The room is not very big(it is rather small), but it is clean and equiped with tv, minibar, etc.They could use some carpets on the floor, because the freestone is cold and gives an unpleasant feeling. The nights are quiet, there isn't noice from outside. Instead,the walls in the hotel are very thin and you can hear the conversation or the TV if they are too loud. The breakfast isn't very diversified, but it is satisfactory if you don't use to eat very much.They offer a variety of croissants and cookies, but they don't have any cereals.coffe is great |

The room we stayed in and the hotel were renovated and clean. Breakfast was good. It is only 7 min walk from the central station and 25 min walk from the center of the city. Great value for money. We were on our honey-moon and the stuff kept calling our phone in the room, if they didn't had a chance to clean the room. If we were busy and didn't answer, they called again. |

Very clean hotel Rudeness, unhelpfulness arrogant reception staff. The Italians have a very abrupt approach to tourists. Will never return to Italy again due to this. |
