The worst hotel I've ever been to in my life
The staff was very rude, except 1 single person who I complained to him during checkout The room is extremely small, with no space to place your luggage. Also, it was not clean at all and the ground is full of ants. The toilette is one of the smallest toilettes I've ever seen. The AC was off by the hotel in all the rooms. Moreover, there was loud noise at night coming from nearby bars which persisted till 2 a.m, so if you close the windows, with no AC, you'll just burn. The breakfast was poor, and the juices were mixed with water...
Was very close to the metro, really like the orchids in the reception
We paid 5 euro to get internet per device!!!!!!
Booked twin room was not provided. They said it was a mistake of Booking.com and advised to leave the hotel in very rude manner. Then charged extra 70 euros for late cancelation of booking. Seems hotel plays similar game as we are not the first. Be very careful if don't want to loose your money and nerves. The worst service. It seems reception staff hates you. I wish them to spend earned money on medicine.
* The location to the city centre and Milano Centrale railway station is good * the cleaning staff and breakfast staff are okay * there are good eating places nearby, especially Delicatessen at Viale Tunisia 14, which isn't cheap but is worth a visit
* For the most part the men on the reception desk are arrogant, dismissive or rude * the wi-fi costs 5 euro per device per day and the signal drops out during use, so that you are required to re-enter the password each time - very annoying when wi-fi is free in most other hotels these days * the pillows are wafer tin *there is insufficient soundproofing between the rooms so it can be noisy at night
The hotel was pretty modern and updated and the room clean. The location was convenient for those who prefer walking as I do - not very far from the center and quite close to the railway station.
I'm not crazy about the breakfast, but that's the case with Italian breakfast in general.
the man in the front desk is literally the worst receptionist I have ever met, really surprised that he is still hired
This was within walking distance of the train station and was quite nice. Typical European breakfast in the morning.
New to Italy and did not know about the room tax you have to pay in cash...3 euro. Now I know...
It was the worse hotel i have ever seen . The reception man was too cold and impolite and replied our questions with his head and didnt even look at us when we asked questions. Internet didnt work he gave us some code but it didnt work or worked only for a second . The room seems to be a store not room because it was too small infront of elavator and the door of room wasnt as other rooms The shower was broken and shampoo and soap wasnt for all person in the room.breakfast was too poor We were in the hotel for only1 night and We wanted to go florance and came back again to milan so we asked recieption man to keep our luggage in luggage room for 3 days but he didnt help us and it was too hard for us to carry them with ourselves .
breakfast was pretty good.
one of the receptionists was extremely unhelpful and rude (the smaller one). the rooms are small and its very noisy outside - but i guess thats the value you get for such price.
Hotel is near Republica station and Centrale. Quite comfortable location to explore city. Hotel is not big and suitable for overnight stay. Breakfast was allright. If you look for inexpensive stay, you can choose this hotel. Hotel is clean, room had very clean, but tiny bathroom.
Some sounds from street can reach you through closed windows, but indoor doors are with very poor sound isolation - it was impossible to get asleep. We didn't expect staff with smiles in low cost hotel, as well as porter.
We only stayed for one night and it was doable for one night. However, I would not stay more than that because the rooms and the amenities are minimum. We offered a free breakfast buffet in the morning which was quite good. It is also near the train station. Showers could use a little more lighting.
No free wifi!! Our windows for our room seemed boarded up and we could not open it. The check-in person was not friendly at all. However, our check-out person was pleasant.
It was very well located close to the train station, which is perfect if you have to arrive late at night. The staff was very friendly, even if we arrived at 1 am! We stayed there only one night but the room was confortable and clean.
The breakfast could have been better
Within walking distance from the train station in Milan. Very clean and had a lift which is always a plus with luggage. Breakfast was included with the usual European menu.
Staff could have been a little more friendlier and welcoming, but they were really no different than what we experience throughout Italy. It was like we were bothering them.
Very good location (near the underground and the tourist attractions). Clean rooms. Diversified breakfast.
Impolite staff (only one receptionist was nice) They wanted to charge us for the second tea for the breakfast (sic!). finally we didn’t order it.
Location. Clean bedrooms and breakfast.
WiFi conection 5 euros...
Good position, ot far from MIlan Central station and from main tourists attractions, good breakfast. Good attitude from the staff.
small room and small bathroom, small place for breakfast, looking crowded when more people come at the same time to have breakfast
The hotel is in a good location with good price. It is just few min away to Metro Statiob on foot. And to get to tourist attraction, it is just few stations away. Around the area is a lot of restaurant as well. Hotel is good clean the staffsare nice breakfast is good. The room is big but therefote the bath room is a bit too small. But it is not a big deal ;)
Near the metro repubblica station and Milano Centrale train station. Breakfast was more than expected!
The staff were grumpy! They don't know service with a smile. Bed was sunken and needs replacing. Also noisy from neighbouring rooms as well as foot thuds from the upper floors!
Breakfast was quite limited.
Good location, tidy
Cannot think of any
The location & cleaning room is good, but staffs were worst ever. Especially for, mikle (dont know exact spell) was so rude. He did not explained enough to us about guarantee check. There's no generous for our misunderstanding. I would not recommend this hotel whom around me.I cannot forget the bad feeling that day because of the staff's unkind.
Staff atittude education for customers
Well designed bedroom and bathroom Good buffet breakfast. Within easy walking distance of Reppublica metro stop Pleasant receptionist.
Board like pillows. Our "quiet" room at the back overlooked an active and noisy construction site. Only one cup of coffee allowed at breakfast Only eatery nearby was overpriced restaurant next door.
The frontage of the hotel is not bad. The breakfast is reasonable for the price of the room, but it charges for a 2nd cup and no sigh to notify guests upfront.
The staff is cold and unfriendly. Our room is next to a night bar and the noice from a live music band and customers lasted until 3am. The room & bathroom is old and tired and tight for movement.
REception - most helpful, after an intial stlightly gruff response from a harried person on reception. However, it soon turned into an excellent service and we felt well and truly welcome and our requests were dealt with cheerily. The room was small but modern and well presented and very clean,
no problems here
