The hotel is located in a very convenient place for a city trip. Good value for money.
There was a construction noises from 8am. Not a pleasant way to wake up.
Helpful staff, great breakfast spread, nice room, good location with park & restaurants nearby and not too far to Milano Centrale station
Interiors are a little dated. A refresh would do the world of good. No Free WIFI, even paid WIFI only for 1 device!
Location is good
There are repair works in hotel at the moment. Start at 8 a clock am. It s not good place to stay for vacation.
They have some work in progress. Difficult to sleep in the morning.
The cleaness, the breakfast, the kindness of the staff was excellent! Really close to the train station
The fact that you have to pay for the internet every 24 hours.
Nice lobby with modern design but rooms were old. We are able to leave our luggage before check in and also after check out.
There were not many restaurants around the hotel. The main thing we were really dissatisfied about is that we booked two double rooms as they were four of us travelling but ended up getting one double room and two single rooms. Hence two of my friends had to stay in separate rooms. This definitely not acceptable. There were no wifi in the room and we had to pay for wifi. The staff at the desk was not as helpful and was arrogant.
Clean, low cost, close to train station, nice continental breakfast
We booked child bed for infant through booking.com but when we arrived at the hotel they told us it wasn't part of our reservation and "next time we need to book a room for four" (even though our 1 year old can't sleep in bed alone). When we arrived the staff said we could split the room with two credit cards upon check-out in the morning, but a different staff member in the morning would not allow us to. The room was very hot so we had to open the window to sleep which was noisy and we ended up being attacked by mosquitos.
They have blocked on my card the amount for one day and it wasn't possible to use this money for the payment at the hotel. I am still waiting to be unblocked my money.
Great location - 10 min away from Milan Central Station
Room was not clean when we arrived - that's the main reason why i'd not stay at this hotel again; Personal is not friendly. Recepcionist didn't provide us with any info regarding hotel servives, payment procedures etc.
Location convenient close to subway. Breakfast was OK.
Rudest most unhelpful desk staff we encountered during entire trip of Italy. Snide and sarcastic. The rooms are minute - tiny and a bed for 2 no larger than a 3/4 single - impossible to get a decent sleep. Like many hotels they turn the a/c/ off by early Oct, but is too warm for that. And too noisy with the window open. So really suggest to avoid this hotel - it was by far the worst we encountered in 2 week trip of Italy.
Perfect location. 15 min walking from the "Stazione centrale". Price / Quality ratio - excellent!
Not available irons or maid service at the hotel.
The staff was unfriendly. Also it was a bit disturbing that we had to pay extra for an additional espresso while breakfast. In addition, the breakfast room was too cold. And WiFi should be free nowadays and not 5 Euros per day and person.
Very poor breakfast, second drink (coffee, tea..) is not for free, they do not filling of missing food. Not so friendly staff.
Good location and breakfast.
Cold floor made from stone or marble in the room, dripping tap in bathroom.
Location Shower heads Balcony room Had a lift Lighting
Very small bathroom Room not big enough for 2 medium size suitcases. Breakfast basic and no cereal 1 morning. Staff no personality.
Perfect location near Milano Centrale
Small rooms, small and uncomfortable bathroom. Too much noise from outside and from the next bathrooms.
Good location, close to train station. One stop to the city sightseeing bus. Close to the public system. Good breakfast served from 7:00 to 9:30 am.
We arrived at 1:15 and the clerk at front desk was very rude, no manners and poor customer service. Came back after 3:00 and thank God another great gentleman took care of us.
Location, next to metro station some friendly staff nice lobby
Noise 24/7, 80's styled rooms thin wooden floors, 2 bars next door, some unfriendly staff, 5 euro wifi per day
The worst hotel I've ever been to in my life
The staff was very rude, except 1 single person who I complained to him during checkout The room is extremely small, with no space to place your luggage. Also, it was not clean at all and the ground is full of ants. The toilette is one of the smallest toilettes I've ever seen. The AC was off by the hotel in all the rooms. Moreover, there was loud noise at night coming from nearby bars which persisted till 2 a.m, so if you close the windows, with no AC, you'll just burn. The breakfast was poor, and the juices were mixed with water...
Was very close to the metro, really like the orchids in the reception
We paid 5 euro to get internet per device!!!!!!
Booked twin room was not provided. They said it was a mistake of Booking.com and advised to leave the hotel in very rude manner. Then charged extra 70 euros for late cancelation of booking. Seems hotel plays similar game as we are not the first. Be very careful if don't want to loose your money and nerves. The worst service. It seems reception staff hates you. I wish them to spend earned money on medicine.
* The location to the city centre and Milano Centrale railway station is good * the cleaning staff and breakfast staff are okay * there are good eating places nearby, especially Delicatessen at Viale Tunisia 14, which isn't cheap but is worth a visit
* For the most part the men on the reception desk are arrogant, dismissive or rude * the wi-fi costs 5 euro per device per day and the signal drops out during use, so that you are required to re-enter the password each time - very annoying when wi-fi is free in most other hotels these days * the pillows are wafer tin *there is insufficient soundproofing between the rooms so it can be noisy at night
The hotel was pretty modern and updated and the room clean. The location was convenient for those who prefer walking as I do - not very far from the center and quite close to the railway station.
I'm not crazy about the breakfast, but that's the case with Italian breakfast in general.
