It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I chose it because it was near where I had my meeting the next day.
It was below ground level. I was kept awake by people sitting outside my room late at night . These returned to continue their talking even after the gentleman behind the desk asked them to leave. I woke up to the sound of people speaking outside my room after Having had very little sleep.
Friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable room, large staircase.
No lift (that I could see), but only one flight of stairs. And unlike many hotels we statues in on this trip the staircase was quite wide and easy to carry bags up.
Everything is excellent! I'd recommend it to anyone Tutto era benissimo Lo raccomando a chiunque
I ilke the clearning of hotel beside good breakfast and staff.
the seize of bath room is too narrow and should be more wide.
Location was great for us. Away from the touristic area in a calm embassy street. The not related restaurant connected to the hotel is fantastic. Both food and service is great. English not good but who cares with good food. Pizza best in Italy. Pasta also great.
The hotel is badly managed. Moald in the very small bath room. Did not feel clean in the room. Need extensive renovation before charging as much. Breakfast is a joke - skip it and take the restaurant instead or on the street. Should have WIFI in rooms.
Let's say this is what you get for the price you pay. Nothing special, clean, in general OK but I didn't really enjoy the stay. It's quite cheap comparing to average hotel prices in Rome. It's not far from subway, you can leave your bag in the hallway if you arrive early or leave after check-out time.
The breakfast was terrible, just few things to eat, no continental breakfast, not a slice of bread, cheese or ham. The room itself has only 3 tables for 4 persons, which means you will have to share your table with someone else if you are a couple. Or even wait your turn till someone finishes their very modest breakfast and you can sit down. Don't eat in the restaurant attached to the hotel, it's not very cheap, there are other nicer and cheaper trattorias in the zone, very close to Bologha square. Go google.
breakfast was awful
Everything was perfect. Location is incredible - nice and silent place, 7 embassies nearby. 5 minutes to subway station Bologna. 7 minutes to 3 supermarkets (go to north by Viale di Villa Massimo). Nice breakfast (if you want more than 1 cappuccino or croissants, I guess you can have it ))) ). Nice and welcomed personal. Rooms are clean and cozy. Airco was working perfectly. Definitely will stay here next time in Rome.
Just few moments to know - they will preauthorize credit card for 1 night stay amount, what is clearly stated when you book. Hotel is working on Eco-energy which is good, but couple of times there was no hot water in the tap for few hours after thunderstorms. WiFi router, indeed, could be more powerful.
