Close to railway and under ground stations. Clean room. Staff doesn't know English at all. Breakfasts are very thin (Only cakes and jams). Comfortable TV lounge (and relaxing breakfast room) is only small hall at the top of upstairs.

Aspetto molto gradevole, abbastanza elegante, restaurato di recente. Vicino alla stazione. Il personale straniero gentilissimo. Gli altri comunque educati. Bagno cieco senza areatore. Doccia scomodissima. Rumori molesti del personale fino a tardi e la mattina glià alle 7. Zona molto degradata, e il vicolo in cui si trova in particolar modo: dopo la chiusura dei negozi diventa pericoloso e gironzolano topolini. Tutto questo è passabile ma l'albergo non è ben frequentato, peccato perchè se non fosse per questo gli avrei dato un 10. Ma magari ho visto male...magari ho frainteso.

Curat, spatios, te poti baza pe prosoapele de la hotel, acces rapid tren, metrou. Frig in camera, singura sursa de caldura a fost un aer conditionat care nu functiona pe cald; micul dejun slabut era asigurat pe un hol cu 3 masute, la minim 20 camere; de la 7 dimineata erai trezit de zgomotul infernal al vanzatorilor care isi intindeau tarabuta chiar sub ferestrele hotelului.

Superbe chambre standing avec un personnel charmant Quartier de la gare de Naples un peu délabré tant au niveau des poubelles que de la fréquentation. Cependant rien d'insurmontable.

Близкое расположение к ж/д вокзалу и аэропорту. Относительно недорого. За 4 суток в ванной не сменили полотенца. Зеркало в ванной оставалось забрызганным всё время с момента въезда. Ржавая сантехника и неисправные дверцы душевой кабины. Очень скромный и однообразный завтрак.

Posizione comoda rispetto ai mezzi e al centro e molte gentilezza all'accoglienza alla reception. Camera (N. 28) grande, comoda e silenziosa. Forse la camera prima di noi non era utilizzata perchè il bagno era un po' impolverato ma gli altri giorni tutto ok! Sanitari un po' vecchi.

ホテルスタッフがとても親切でした。治安のあまり良いとは言えない場所でしたが、車をホテルの前に駐車して- しっかり監視してくれていたし、お店なんかの場所を尋ねると、近くまで案内してくれたり、至れり尽くせりで- した。（オフシーズンで暇だったのか？？？） 部屋も広く、シャワーのお湯もきちんと出たし、特に不便はなかったです。 なんといっても４人部屋朝食付きで１泊５０ユーロは脅威のコストパフォーマンスだと思う。 ロケーション、ちょっとした備品が壊れたりしていること、朝市場の声がやや騒がしいこと等、安いホテルに慣- れている人なら許容範囲だと思います。

Lo staff è indimenticabile: cordiale, familiare e divertente senza però essere invadente. Sembra d'esser ospiti a casa di una vera famiglia napoletana. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo. Le stanze sono confortevoli e pulite e I cornetti la mattina squisiti. Vicinissimo alla stazione centrale e a 2 metri dal corso Umberto, lontano quindi dalle stradine interne di quella zona che, per chi non è di Napoli, posso apparire più pericolose di quanto lo siano in realtà. Insomma, se non si vuol spendere troppo senza rinunciare al confort questo è il posto giusto.

L'albergo era abbastanza pulito e vicino al centro. La zona era tranquilla rispetto ad altre di Napoli. Gli albergatori sono molto gentili e disponibili. La camera tripla era molto grande.

“Sweet Sleep was perfect for us. We love the city — grit and all — and would rather be immersed in it than looking at it from a distance. Our host was superb. We LOVE Gabriel who told us everything we needed to know to get where we were going, have fun and be safe. PLUS he was a lovely, enigmatic human being.
