Excellent location. Very good price. Friendly staff. Good shower. Excellent coffee for breakfast; and delicious sweet rolls. It wasn't quiet... then again, Napels never is. Take some earplugs and you'll be fine. |

Staff is helpful, nice and clean hotel, good location, breakfast is OK with strong coffee. Area hotel is loud and dirty, like the whole city, but it is very interesting. |

They were accommodating when I made two reservations on the same night by mistake. They did not make me pay for both rooms. There was no toilet seat in our room. |

good location near station & shops, friendly & helpful staff, baggage storage breakfast- only bread etc & fruit drink, no tea/coffee. Interior room very stuffy, no external windows.Very small & bathroom very small,suitable forone person only. Sheets not particularly clean-found pubic hairs on bottom sheet. |

The water got cold when I was taking bath. And I can hardly turn around in the bathroom, too small. Maybe they have some big rooms, but mine is..... I cannot pee infront of the water closet, because the wash basin is infront of it......In the night we wake up because of cold tempreture, the airconditioner seems not working |

Goed gelegen, vlakbij het station maar in een rustige straat. Lekker ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Ruime en propere kamers. Vraag een kamer die niet te dicht bij de bar gelegen is, want anders heb je 's avonds last van het lawaai. |

centrale ligging geen al te beste buurt, maar Napels bij avond/nacht kan dan ook alleen maar omschreven worden als het voorportaal van de hel.... De douche was piepklein, zeg 45 x 45 cm. Eerste avond hielden een paar gasten een zeer luidruchtig feestje in de kamer tegenover. Nachtwaker slaagde er niet echt in om het geluidsniveau te minderen, misschien omdat hij zelf meefeestte.... |

è vicino alla stazione ma non troppo da essere rumoroso. è situato nella via dello shopping napoletano. l'hotel è carino e accogliente la via di accesso è un pò sporca...non è colpa dell'hotel ma portare le valigie in mezzo a quelle strade sporche non è il massimo |

Un hôtel bien situé, bien aménagé, avec un personnel charmant (surtout Massimo, le patron à l'accueil), plein d'attention (ex: des bd en français nous attendaient un soir dans notre chambre pour notre fille de 6 ans) et très poli et souriant. Une grande souplesse et beaucoup de facilités... Le petit déj était indiqué comme léger par d'autres clients. L'hôtel n'a pas répondu aux 2 mails que nous lui avions envoyés pour préparer notre séjour ... mais a tenu compte de nos demandes, donc ne vous inquiétez pas s'il ne répond pas. |

Tout le personnel de l'hotel est très disponible et accueillant.Une confiance s'établit très vite.Chambre spacieuse et propre. L'hotel est bien situé, proche de la gare, cöté centre historique et bien desservi au niveau transport. |
