Hotel Sistina  

Excellent location, helpfull staff and good breakfasts.

- Ive traveled alone with my 2 years old son. I was surprised about staff attitude for my child - it was really friendly, in spite of his not good behaviour :). - The location is great - I could walking on foot with baby trolley even up to Vatican town and other global sights. For travellers with baby - villa Borgese with zoo and big park is about 20 minutes walking directly above the street. - "Blue Ice" - very good gelateria is near here. - Breakfast is very good for Italy (in comparison with Komo 4stars hotel and Milan 4stars hotels). - Teapot, cups, tea, coffee, sugar - for free in our room.

- Air conditioner located just above the pillow. It is strange. - Bed and pillows are not very comfortable. - It was a lot of water at the floor after the shower, I think - because of the poor lock at the shower doors. - Sometimes it was a little bit noisy. - Refrigerator not working.

Great breakfast, nice rooms, great location to see the sights of Rome

Nothing. Just the location. Maybe single room is worse than a double. That I don't know, but I was in a single.

When I came to the room in the evening I turned on the conditioner but when I wanted to turn it off the remote didn't work. I went down to ask for assistance but the man said that he's alone in the hotel and can't leave his place. I told him that I can't sleep with conditioner because I could get a cough tomorrow but he said that he can't leave his place and doesn't have free rooms. And also he said that there are no any new batteries in the hotel!!! After 5 minutes he agreed to come to the room but of course he didn't manage to help me without new batteries. He went down for several minutes and returned with the new remote or I don't no what he did but it worked. After 15 nervious minutes everything was ok. And also shower is awful. It"s very very inconvenient.

Have a good location and easy access

Very good location, 10 min to Trevi on foot, 3 min to the metrostation Bernini. Friendly staff. The room was clean and larger than the standard.

Breakfast was nice but a little bit poor.

Erittäin hyvä sijainti nähtävyyksien kannalta. Huoneet hiljaisia, kadun meteli ei häirinnyt.

Kamer niet op afgesproken tijd beschikbaar (2 uur later) niet alle personeelsmedewerk(st)ers waren 'behulpzaam' hotel kan wel wat onderhoud gebruiken kamer niet schoon (alleen zicht)

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación del hotel, situado en el centro de Roma desde el cual se puede ir a casi todas partes caminando.

Claramente el Hotel no es de 4 estrellas. Fuí por motivos de trabajo con un compañero y nos tocaron habitaciones que son de hotel de una estrella o menos. Las habitaciones eran pequeñas, con una única cama individual, el mobiliario bastante descuidado, el tamaño de la habitación muy pequeña, .... La primera noche mi compañero durmió en un habitación de la última planta con humedades, techo inclinado, todo realmente muy pequeño, sin calefacción, el agua caliente no funcionaba, casi no entraba en la ducha, ... Al día siguiente pidió cambio y le dieron uno como la mía pero siguen siendo habitaciones muy malas.
