the location was good, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, the room had a balcony and a nice view of the surrounding streets. the room was smelly, the bathroom did not have usual products like hair conditioner, there wasnt access to an iron. |

La amabilidad y hospitalidad de "casi" todos sus empleados. Se encuentra cerca del Coliseo y puedes desplazarte andando a ver casi todo lo característico de Roma, tambien tiene cerca la parada de metro y estacion de autobus. Encontramos algo de suciedad y un refresco abierto en el mini bar. Señal de que no limpiarian a fondo despues de que se fueran los anteriores inquilinos. |

El trato en recepción a la llegada fue excelente, nos dejaron ocupar la habitación a pesar de que llegamos antes de la hora de entrada. La habitación disponía de terraza con unas bonitas vistas de la ciudad. El desayuno de buffet muy completo. La habitación olía un poco a humedad, pero era un olor soportable. Sólo hay un ascensor, y tarda un poco. |

Zona muy tranquila, a 5 minutos de Termini, un supermercado muy bueno (y barato)a 2 muntos. Desayuno excelente y trato muy cercano del personal. Calidad-precio de los mejores de Roma. Aunque se ve que el hotel es bastante antiguo lo mantienen muy limpio. Por otro lado la presión del agua caliente en el baño (plato ducha) era bastante escasa. |
