Hotel Siviglia  

The style of the hotel is really nice. It's location is just 5min from Stazione Termini, near several embassies guarded by the military. So it's safety even at night.

The only thing which could be better was a small size of single room.

This hotel is about 5 minutes walking distance to the train station. The first night we didnt get suitable rooms but the hotel manager transferred to the suitable ones for us at the second day. The high efficiency really impressed me. It is a quite good hotel. As it is located in the Ambassdorial area, there is one jeep with 2 soldiers just parking at front of the door of the hotel. It is very safe when you stay there. Eventhough the soldier talked talked for hours, it was ok for us as we don't know Italian.

3 euro for 30 minutes of the internet charges, It is convenient but expensive and the internet speed is quite slow.

Very nice hotel, located well in the near of the main station "Termini". Friendly staff, rooms nice, air condition worked well, very good price for that what you get there. Breakfast very good and a very good variety of food.

Good, varied buffet breakfast. Friendly, helpfull staff .Excellent maid service. Quiet, peacefuææ roof terrace. Location very near bus and metro stations.Walking distance from many sights. Medium sized room.

Only Italian TV channels. (They have preciously had some foreign channels). Few brochures with tourist information.

Only the reception staff was ok. The lady at the breakfast was a crazy one, I kindly asked for some more nutella for my breakfast, and she replied "tomorrow" I was really pisses off.. Anw

Given a room with balcony. Free wifi access available.

Tired room, broken bath room door, noisy air-con, no safe in the room, need to pay extra for safe in the reception.

The breakfast buffet was really nice. The location is good as well.

I didn't like the fact that there wasn't a price list for the mini bar in the room and in the end we were charged whatever amount the receptionist told us. The lady working in the breakfast room and serving hot drinks was very unfriendly and with a bad attitude towards the guests. Obviously she couldn't realize that a smile doesn't cost anything. Otherwise she could have earned some tip!

Good location and helpful staff quiet

I have stayed before room good.This time room very run down paint peeling wood decaying and air conditioning unit for another room just outside which meant noise too great to open doors windows we were at breakfast at 7am as transport collecting us at 7 20 breakfast didn't come out until 7 15

It was convenient to the train station and if you like walking, also convenient to the major attractions

The hot water took at least 20 minutes to run, so it wasn't very environmentally friendly

Le chauffage de la chambre était trop bas et il n'y a pas de chauffage d'appoint dans la salle de bain. Par ailleurs il y une odeur désagréable dans la chambre où nous étions (338)

Ho soggiornato in una camera con lo scarico del wc che non funzionava con un filo d'acqua fredda che usciva dai rubinetti, risultato doccia bollente !!!!

Teniendo en cuenta el tamaño de la ciudad, está en un lugar relativamente céntrico, a 5 minutos de estación Termini. Tardamos 5 minutos a Plaza de la República, 10 minutos a la Iglesia de Santa Maria la Mayor, 20 minutos a Plaza de españa o la Fontana de Trevi.

El Hotel está limpio y el servicio es correcto, no obstante se echa de menos una reforma del Palacete que lo alberga y de las habitaciones( puertas, ventanas, baños...) El desayuno es bueno a secas con poca variedad.
