Hotel Siviglia  

The hotel is very conveniently located. When the windows are closed, it is very quiet, even with the windows open, it is not that noisy considering it is in the center of Rome. In any city center there will always be some noise of some sort. Lots of good and cheat restaurants nearby. Very good transport locations with buses and metro within 10 minutes walking in any direction.Decoration is quite good and clean. Price, service, cleanliness are very fitting for the three stars hotel. Good breakfast with pastry, bread, fresh fruits and cold meat which are very adequate. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel while in Rome.

The breakfast buffet was really nice. The location is good as well.

I didn't like the fact that there wasn't a price list for the mini bar in the room and in the end we were charged whatever amount the receptionist told us. The lady working in the breakfast room and serving hot drinks was very unfriendly and with a bad attitude towards the guests. Obviously she couldn't realize that a smile doesn't cost anything. Otherwise she could have earned some tip!

Clean rooms, calm place, calm surroundings, good breakfast. The hotel staff behave nicely. Good value for the price.

The hotel surprised us in a nice way and we had a very nice stay there. The room was large, the bed was big and good to sleep in, the bathroom was large enough and clean, we had no problems with the hot water, although cold water was not always available. Th air conditioning was always at our disposal and we also had a fridge, so we could buy drinks and keep them cold. The breakfast was good and diverse. The staff was always nice and helpful, exept for the lady from the breakfast room, who wasn't always in a good mood. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Rome.

la camera piu che antica e' vecchia, sarebbe da ristrutturare.

La signorina della reception è stata veramente cortese. Ottima la colazione, abbondante e ricca.

Camera non molto spaziosa ma abbastanza confortevole. Bagno non ben aerato perché privo di finestre. L'acqua della doccia non era caldissima, ma tutto sommato ok.

tutto veramente ok. prezzo contenuto a pochi metri dalla stazione Termini in un quartiere tranquillo..

Habitación en ruinas, ruidos, agujeros en las paredes. Horrible experiencia. Humedad en paredes. Decoración de sala velatoria. Desayuno mediocre.

Ruhige Lage

Heizung nicht ausreichend, allerdings extreme Wetterlage (Schnee in Rom erstmals seit über 20 Jahren und außergewöhnliche Kälte)

Hotel in ottima posizione per chi arriva in treno o aereo e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Struttura un pò retrò, ma pulita e funzionale in posizione estremamente tranquilla. Accoglienza cordiale.

- Die Art der Einrichtung - hilfsbereites Personal - sehr gutes und vorallem reichhaltiges Frühstück - sehr entspannte Athmosphäre

- Teilweise der Zustand der Einrichtung - durchgelegene Matratzen - trotz ruhiger Lage Lärm (Müllabfuhr Sonntag Nacht halb eins und ständig laufende Dieselmotoren der auf der Straße postierten Wachen in der Nacht) - wäre bei geschlossenem Fenster kein Problem, dazu war es aber zu warm, da sich die Heizung nicht abdrehen ließ...
