breakfast

heating thermostat was broken and the room was too hot. the mattress was horrible I couldn't sleep on it. there were twisted metal springs everywhere

Place was ok. No noise from the street. A little shop centre is in 200 metres far from hotel (in the same street). Termini is 5 minutes walk far from hotel. Breakfast quit ok. Fast Wifi.

Hotel and rooms need to be renewed. Wallpepers in some places were a bit peeled off.

location in a 5-minute walk from the metro station and Termini itself but quiet enouth to sleep with the opened window, cosy small yard... All that made us satisfied with the hotel

continental breakfasts are poor

toilet was noisy all the time and made it hard to get to sleep.

The hotel is located in a quiet place, close to Termini station and to Metro station.

Air conditioner works too noisy.

Location! Walked from Termini, walked to cafes, walked to Metro. Beautiful older building.

Very good located. Staff was kind. WiFi was available for free.

We stayed in a 3beded room and I asked for 3 single beds. We got 3 single Cot instead of beds. So they were unconfortable but well they did follow our request.

Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Location was quiet but still only 5-10 minute walk to Termini.

Room decor was dated but not a big deal as it was clean.

расположение очень удобное, 5 минут до термини, но на тихой улочке, очень вежливый персонал, довольно хороший завтрак типа "шведский стол" , номера для италии просторные :), нам дали номер на 2-ом этаже (по нашему исчислению - 3-й этаж) с балконом, хотя номер с балконом специально не бронировали. здание отеля довольно старое, интерьер тоже обветшалый, но это придает особый шарм при посещении вечного города и не напрягает. всем рекомендую, удовольствия и положительных эмоций больше чем недостатков, которых можно просто не замечать :) розетки подходят под нашу систему, так что от зеленого чая даже по вечерам отказываться не пришлось. удачи!

Confermo le note positive date in precedenti soggiorni: ottima la posizione,personale gentile e disponibile,ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo.

La relación calidad/precio incomparable, su ubicación extraordinaria, cerca de Termini pero ligeramente ajena al bullicio de la estación. Sin lujos pero limpio. El personal es atento. Está ubicado en un barrio que por tener en él consulados y embajadas es de una seguridad total, con bonitos y asequibles restaurantes, trattorias o pizzerías. metro y autobuses cerca.

Necesita una renovación, algo que por lo que observé están haciendo aunque muy poco a poco. A poder ser hay que pedir una de las habitaciones reformadas. El desayuno escueto pero a mí parecer suficiente.

Super místo, klid, blízko na metro, v okolí levné restaurace. Příjemný personál. Poměr kvalita cena? Perfektní.

Ottima posizione, camera ampia e munita di frigobar a prezzi accettabili e TV LCD, bagno ampio. Colazione abbondante.

Hotel in condizioni pietose e prezzo eccessivp

personale cortese e disponibile, posizionato benissimo in una zona tranquilla e nello stesso tempo centrale. camera piccola ma confortevole. ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

il wc della la camera che ci avevano assegnato all'arrivo non scaricava, è bastato segnalarlo alla reception e ci hanno cambiato stanza. personale cortese, colazione nella norma. posizionato benissimo, vicino ad entrambe le linee della metropolitana in zona tranquilla.

il segnale wifi era un po' scarso e le camere poco insonorizzate, ma si tratta di dettagli trascurabili, nel complesso siamo stati bene.

La cortesia del personale, la hall, il wi-fi, la vicinanza a Stazione Termini. La camera è carina anche se piccolina, ma confortevole.

Il costo di 55,00€ non giustifica una cabina doccia un po' fatiscente - si è staccata la manopola e il braccio della doccia è completamente staccato dal muro. Le mattonelle sono scrostate. La pulizia della camera non è eccellente. Il peccato è che è un hotel carino e strategico per la vicinanza a Roma Termini e quindi alla metropolitana; basterebbe pulire un po' meglio e fare qualche intervento (il bidet e il water sono gialli e usurati). Questo perché la hall è accogliente.

şehirdeki önemli tarihi yerlere çok yakın konumu olan çok sessiz çok sakin bir otel. hemen Türk konslosluğunun karşısında, o yüzden de köşe başında bekleyen polisler var, güvenlik açısından harika bir yer. tren istasyonuna yakın, ulaşımı kolay. kahvaltısı çok çeşitli. çalışanlar çok yardımsever. kesinlikle tavsiye edilir.

Hotel siviglia beklentimizin çok üzerinde çok iyi bir oteldi. çalışanlar her türlü sorumuzu yanıtladı ve sorunumuzu çözdüler. güler yüzlü çalışanları tertemiz odaları ve süper konumu olan bir otel. kahvaltı konusunda son derece anlayışlılar ve kahvaltı çok zengin. oda sıcak, sürekli sıcak su var, temiz havlular ve banyo malzemeleri vardı.
