Score from 365 reviews Good
My room was very small, very old (the wallpaper was falling down, cables stick out of the walls), it was also quite dusty, with a bad mattress on the bed, I could hear everything going on in the rooms around, it also didn't seem very safe.. The hotel is situated quite far from Termini station. For the price of nearly 70 euro per night I had been expecting much more than what I actually got!... I wouldn't recommend it, especially for solo travelers..
Perfectly located given that I arrived via Termini and had meetings in the same area.
Bedbugs in room 110. Only option was staying in a little old room which was not up to the same standards as the other rooms.
Location to Termini Station, breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, able to store luggage while away (stayed there on 3 separate occasions while travelling Italy) and the rooftop area.
personel was rude to my guest
wifi big room big balcony
a friend tried to visit me in my room but the strict and unfriendly guy at the reception didnt allow it. aircondidion machine outside my room was making way too much sound not letting me sleep.
- the location - breakfast rooms - the friendly receptionist that checked us in earlier.
- the bathroom ( bad smell, no hot water, the toilette ) -old furniture - the bed is not comfortable - after 9 am, you could barely find any food at breakfast, even though it should have been available until 10 am.
It is close to the main train station and metro.
My room had an old analogue TV set that did not work. The hotel advertises LCD Flat Screen TV. I complained to Hotel Management but nothing was done. The hot water pressure did not work properly when we reported the issue to reception the staff member knew about the issue as other guests had complained too. Again nothing was done to rectify the issue. This is a real faulty towers hotel.
the laugh of the sweet recepionist!
the bathroom was not very clean!
Good location. The room was quiet as requested. Close to Termini.
Bad plumbing. The water pressure was hectic.
The breakfasts were very delicious and various. The staff were nice. Everything was fine. It's a good possibility to save money. I'll come back again!
Good reception Excellent breakfast and service Room was quiet with windows shut and air conditioning good bed good clean bathroom facilities
Advice on transport around Rome could have been better - which is not really the fault of the hotel.. Rome itself was over run with tourists with very run down provisions for public transport. For the tourist dollar the government should ensure it is better.
clean, good place, good staff
sunday (june15) breakfast lady behavior was not good :( she was very nervous
Dirty , Old everything in the rm, small shower booth
Good place for the value of the money.
Very old room. Hot water start after 5-10 min.
This is good hotel only 7 minutes from Termini station by foot. Quite location (as much as it is possible in such big city). Three metro stations in the near. Good and decent size room. Friendly staff. As well you can reach by foot Trevi fountain in 25 minutes or Pantheon in half an hour. One night we took taxi from Testavere and it cost only 13 eur. Few small shops in the near. Perfect value for money.
Breakfast room in the cellar without fresh air. But overall quite good continental breakfast. Anyway if you don't like it many cafes in the near. E.G. Rio bar in the same street.
Location was good. Young lady who served breakfast was hard working. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.
The shower was poor, no pressure and trickle of water. Would have liked a safe in the room.
good position and excellent price
