The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was really good.

Location is perfect within few steps from the famous Dome. Shopping is very close by. There was a water kettle in the room which is rare in Italy. For families with babies, this makes a huge difference. The Staff were very helpful and gave us some good tips for restaurants which were excellent (Try Buca San Giovanni - Excellent restaurant)

The hotel is a bit old and small. Bed were not very comfortable but this was the case with all the hotels we stayed in Italy. Probably this is the standard in Europe or Italy. Anyway, it should not spoil your stay since you should be outdoor most of the day sightseeing.

- some of the reception staff are particularly friendly and helpful - literally steps away from the Duomo - quite spacious well-planned room and bathroom - excellent beds, pillows and blankets

- do not recommend arriving by car: driving in the historical centre of Florence is a nightmare - some fittings require renewal - not all the personnel equally polite

The temperature in the room was very cold and staff did not fix it despite request to do so

This hotel is exceptional. It's in a great location (within a block of the Duomo), the rooms & hotel is lovely but the most exceptional part is the staff. They were professional, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel room is laid out in such a way that the bathroom is almost completely seperate from the sleeping area- you walk into an entry area that has the bathroom on one side and the door to the bedroom on the other. It's a great arrangement

I wish the bathroom warmed up with the rest of the room. Hotel Cerretani Firenze - MGallery Collection is one of the best hotels I stayed in. Loccation is superb, staff friendly & helpful, service is excellent. Rooms are spacious and beds & pillows are so comfortable.

Our booking was only on Bed & Breakfast basis, so we tried their breakfast the first day. It was 18 Euros per person which is over priced for the variety they served.

Good location. But kind of expensive for what they have.

It was in an excellent location and our room was ready for us early when we arrived, even though it was a few hours before the normal check-in time and we had not previously asked for early check-in. The room was beautiful and only a few minute walk from the Duomo in florence and a short walk from the train station as well! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the staff was very helpful in giving us directions, suggestion sites, as well as suggesting restaurants.

The location was fabulous. The hotel for the money was good.

The breakfast was way over priced and disgusting. Don't bother eating there. WiFi is only for 3 hours at a time.

The first room the air-condition did not work. Then we were put in a room with two twin beds that were not comfortable. This second room the air condition was good. The hotel staff was good about moving us. No free WiFI in the rooms and only available free internet was on the one computer in the lobby that was always busy.

There were 3 of us in our party so we were given a large room with a king- size bed and a pull-out sofa. The room also had a flat-screen tv with english channels and a mini-fridge. Housekeeping was nice enough to remove all the mini-bar items from the fridge upon request so that we could keep our personal items in there. The bathroom was fairly large with a tub/shower combo and they provided bathrobes and slippers for everyone. Overall, we had a comfortable stay.

I didn't like that you had to pay for wifi access and their system for doing this is to give you a card that contains a username and password and 3 hours of use-time. They also gave us a few more cards with rechargeable time of 10 hours each. The thing is that the username can only be used by one device. And when you have 3 adults with devices that can become quite a pain. To get additional usernames we would have to pay for more cards. 1 card = 1 device. Add to this that you have to login/logout every time you want to get online, this becomes quite annoying. If you're going to make me pay for internet, at least make it easy to use.

Very good location, very close to S.M.N. train station, and Il Duomo (as well as all other major tourist sites). Room (superior queen) was large and very comfortable. Bathroom was large and fairly luxurious. The hotel is very quiet, the aircon worked well, which was a relief in the intense July heat.

Hotel building is slightly old and needs a bit of refurbishing. Not serious and does not dramatically affect your stay.

Excellent location to city center, excellent a/c, very large and modern upcated rooms, very clean.
