Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room size was large and very comfortable, with gowns and slippers available.

I booked for one night and thought breakfast was included when I made the website booking but was told upon arrival at the hotel that it was not included. Television channels could have more English available, but it is not so important.

Location is excellent: between the train station and the Duomo. Room is comfortable and facilities are generally good. However, the staff, though helpful, could be friendlier.

Wi-Fi is not free.

The room was very clean and nice. The hotel bar was great for a drink and the bartender was fantastic! The hotel is very central to everything we wanted to see and close to the train station.

The only thing I didn't like was the smell. They put large aromatic decorations all over the lobby that are quite overpowering.

Very good location

The room we reserved was quite big and confortable and it has probably been recently renovated.Moreover, even if the windows opened to a very busy street, the two sequencial double-glass windows ensure complete silence in the room. The hotel's locatilation is excellent, two blocks away from the Duomo and a few more from the Ponte Vecchio.

The price of the breakfast is almost prohibitive - 23 Euros per person - which made us go look for breakfast elsewhere.

Ausgezeichnete Lage im Zentrum - alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Shopping-Möglichkeiten nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

Das Hotel resp. die Zimmer machen einen leicht ramponierten Eindruck: schmuddelige Teppiche, Fussleisten defekt oder fehlend, Abdeckungen bei Wasserhahnen lösen sich, Schranktüren klemmen. Mit Ausnahme weniger (2-3) sind die Mitarbeiter eher desinteressiert bis unhöflich. Obwohl wir ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit Queenbed und Blick auf das historische Zentrum gebucht hatten, wurde uns ein Zimmer mit Einzelbetten mit Blick auf den Hinterhof "zugewiesen". Nach erfolgreicher Intervention konnten wir ein anderes, zutreffenderes Zimmer beziehen. Auf das Frühstück in einem Mensa-ähnlichen Bereich haben wir verzichtet. Überall wurden Duft-Diffusoren, die Kombination von Erdbeer und anderen, nicht identifierbaren Gerüchen...einzigartig!
