Hotel Cerretani Firenze - MGallery Collection  

The hotel was in a perfect location. Near the Duomo and the train station. You could walk to everything. We did get lost finding the place, but they say a GPS does not work well in Florence, and they were correct. Breakfast was extra, but was not just the usual continental style. They served eggs and bacon and sausage which was a nice change from some of the other place we stayed in Italy. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious.

The only problem we had was that one day was very hot and they did not have the air conditioning working yet.

Location: The hotel's location is great: approx. 300m to Florence's main railway station, on one of the main streets of the city (all tourist attractions nearby, plenty of restaurants and shops just around the corner). Room: Big and lovely room, with very comfy bed and marble bathroom. Nice paintings and impressive mirror opposite to bed. Staff: Very nice breakfast and attentive staff.

Facilities: no free internet, neither in rooms, nor in hotel's lobby. 7eur/day for it - annoying and not elegant for a 4* hotel View: We've got a room which headed to a patio, with no view at all. Room: unpleasant smell in the bathroom, shower water pressure not great.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room size was large and very comfortable, with gowns and slippers available.

I booked for one night and thought breakfast was included when I made the website booking but was told upon arrival at the hotel that it was not included. Television channels could have more English available, but it is not so important.

Location is excellent: between the train station and the Duomo. Room is comfortable and facilities are generally good. However, the staff, though helpful, could be friendlier.

Wi-Fi is not free.

The room was very clean and nice. The hotel bar was great for a drink and the bartender was fantastic! The hotel is very central to everything we wanted to see and close to the train station.

The only thing I didn't like was the smell. They put large aromatic decorations all over the lobby that are quite overpowering.

This hotel was awesome. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the train station and all major sites. The hotel staff was very helpful and answered all questions and gave great tips on major sites to see. The rooms were very spacious and had air-conditioning!!! I had my 1 1/2 year old boy with me and they offered a baby cot at no cost. The next time I go to Florence, this hotel will be the first I check for reservations.

Breakfast was expensive and not included with the hotel rate but next door to this hotel is a bakery that has a wide variety of food. It opens at 8am.

The location is just fantastic! (1 min from the Duomo!)... The staff is very very friendly...The beds are very comfy...

Your breakfast buffet staff were not doing their job. Scrambled eggs were constantly not replenished. . you were out of sausage constantly too. The entire buffet service sucked. Four of us made the mistake of eating there the first day but we were not going to make the same mistake on the second and last day of our stay. I cannot believe we (wife and I) spent nearly $ 50.00 us dollars for this unforgiving breakfast.

Per prima cosa la comodità: a due passi dal Duomo e dalla stazione di S. Maria Novella, si trova in un'ottima posizione. Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera queen deluxe e siamo stati splendidamente, il letto meritava un 10 e lode! Siamo una coppia di viaggiatori ed è sicuramente una delle migliori colazioni mai fatte. Lo staff è stato molto gentile anche nel consigliarci e prenotarci la cena in un ristorante. Assolutamente consigliato!!

Prenotazione online all'ultimo momento, trovato una camera molto accogliente ad un ottimo prezzo. Colazione a buffet ottima. Posizione perfetta per fare 4 passi nel centro di Firenze. Personale ottimo.

Wifi a 7€ giornalieri mi pare assurdo, riscaldamento in stanza un po' troppo alto, piccola pecca servizio disabili: con ascensore, non tutte le stanze sono al piano e quindi x raggiungere alcune stanze si devono fare le scale

L'aimabilité du personel...la disponibilité...
