The spa bath in the room was a lovely surprise and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with the offer of a drink which was much appreciated after travelling. The room was smaller than expected and the breakfast could've been better. |

The Hotel Savrona is a wonderful hotel in every way - and considering the price, it is truly extraordinary! There are not enough superlatives to describe this gem of a hotel and its extremely hospitable staff!!! |

The friendliness and helpfulness of the english speaking staff. Excellent ,high quality decor and good breakfast. Very convenient for beach, shops and restaurants. Building works behind the hotel. Also, as of now, the spa is not ready which I thought would be included with our deluxe room rate. Also no safe deposit boxes in the rooms as stated, but having said that, the staff were very trustworthy, and the use of the safe in reception was offered. |

The location, set back from the main thoroughfare but within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. The free bicycle hire was useful in getting around the area. The excellent breakfast buffet with an immense amount of choice and quality food options to suit most tastes. There is no restaurant facility during the day or evening on site. The cost of accessing the private beach is not heavily subsidised. |

Staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Location to beach and restaurants great. Breakfast good and available long hours. very nice having beach sunlounger and parosol arrangement. nice having balcony. Being English, it would have been very nice to have tea making facility in room ! |

Buffet breakfast was very good. Hotel was clean and nicely renovated and location was very good beeing close to the beach and shopping but still relatively quiet area. I was surprised to find out that using sunbeds on the hotels private beach and also parking were not included in the price of our room. It depends on the room type whether they are included or not, but that was not stated clearly enough while making the booking on booking.com. Staff was arguing with me on this matter and that made me a bit dissaponted on the unfriendly sevice, but only in this matter. Otherwise service was very good and professional. |

In the luxury package that I requested, says free mini-bar. It is well known that a mini-bar has water and sodas but also beers and mini alcohol drinks, maybe some peanuts. This is the image that any person can have when is written free mini-bar. However inside of this Mini-bar were two bottles of water and two cans of soda. Nothing more. We complain but they said that that was a problem of the websites such as Booking.com that do not specify what is inside of the mini-bar. Wish I suggest you to be more specific. The fotos that you have of the hotel are before they renew, so there is the feeling that you booked in a different hotel. |

Cleanliness of room and friendly hotel staff. The position - by bike (free bike rental at hotel) you can reach the very beautiful ans storic city center of Rimini in only five minutes! |

The staff were very helpful, friendly and flexible. The rooms were light and airy and comfortable. A good breakfast was served until 12 mid-day. Not really. I would have like more English speaking channels on Sky!! |

The hotel has been rebuilt and is very nice, well lighted and spacious. The breakfast is good. The staff are friendly and forthcoming. We requested a room change and they complied immediately. The spa facilities only open in September, a fact that is not obvious from the hotels website. As with every new building, there were some teething problems. For instance our AC used to mysteriously shut off every few hours and we had to request that it be turned on at hte reception downstairs. |

Hotel Sovrana was very well appointed, modern and clean. Its location is very convenient for shopping and the beach. It also has a few parking spots which is key in that location.The service was very good. I lost my diamond pendant sometime during the second day of my stay. I did not know where I could have lost it. The last place I looked for it was back in the room. The airconditioning was not working in my room. I mentioned it to reception but when I returned to the room later that day it was still not working, although it had been looked at. Eventually I figured out that the breaker had been triped in the breaker box on the wall. Once I reset it it was fine. |

Die Sauberkeit, das nette Personal und besonders das Ambiente hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Ein sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtetes Hotel was Italien bestens interpretiert.Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze am und im Hotel,aber nur wenn man es möchte.Ist wahrscheinlich in der Hochsaison ein großes Problem einen Parkplatz zu finden: |

Personeel was steeds bereid om te helpen bij reservaties in restaurants of bij eender welke andere vraag. Propere, rustige kamer. Gratis wifi. Geen douche maar enkel bad in kamer 212 (weliswaar bubbelbad). Geen alcohol in de minibar. Ongezellige bar en ontbijtruimte. |

Очень хороший отель; у нас был чистый, уютный, недавно отремонтированный номер. Понравилось то, что завтрак до 12.00, в стоимость номера входили бесплатные лежаки и зонт на пляже, напитки в минибаре. Очень приветливый и дружелюбный персонал. Удобное расположение - близко до моря и центра города. Всем рекомендую. |

Utmärkt mottagande av receptionen, uppmärksammade att vi var mkt varma och svettiga vid ankomst, gav oss mkt kall och nypressad juice. Mkt fräsch rum, matsal och andra utrymmen, mkt god frukost, nära strand, tysta rum, personal alltid glada och trevliga. |
