I liked the perfect location near the main transport facilities.From there i could visit the city quickly and cheaply by train ,bus. I also liked the shuttle to malpensa airport. The hotel is 200m from milano centrale stn. Staff was pleasant and professional,buffet b/fast was excellent with lots of varities. Room was clean and spacious. I did not notice anything negative. |

The stuff is helpfull and kind, clean rooms, good breakfast. And it is so cloes to central train stain and metro. The room is not look like in the picture. They put the exacutive room picture and gave a different room which's standart is not so good. I need to move to an exacutive room and need to pay the difference. The hotel needs to be upgraded.In the exacutive room the worst thing is air condition system which was look like used in 80th's. When you look up in the bathroom and the entrance you see that all ceiling is covered with air condition, you can see the cables and other things on the ceiling it doesnt look like a good view also doesnt look like clean.And it makes alot of noices. The doors key's is not automatic. |

I liked that it was near city centre and walking distance from any metro line. It was also very close to Central station where we had got a bus direct from Bergamo airport. Bed was very comfy and shower was powerful. I found it very noisey, the maid seemed to bang the doors all the time when she was cleaning the rooms which I found annoying even when I wasn't sleeping. Our room was at the back of the hotel and the bin men came at 6.30 on Monday morning and there was 3 vans...very noisey!! |

1. We booked a double room. However, the double bed is made by putting two single beds together. 2. there was some draining problem in the bath. Water went down extremely slowly. 3. the hotel had no UK-Italy adaptor left that night and the staff was not very helpful/friendly. In summary, not as good as a normal 3 star hotel. |

The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel and our room was clean, comfortable. We were able to drink tea in our room. There are Italian, English, German, French and Spanish TV channels. |

Big and comfortable bath and toilet area. Room is rather spacious with nice and new furniture. Need to reserve sauna in advance in reception. Seems it's not included in the rate. |

Its location is excellent, it is near to everywhere; bus to malpensa, to the train, metro, duomo etc. and of course corso buenos aires:) the hotel is also clean, quiet,breakfast is good. We like and recommend the hotel everyone. When we come to hotel at 2 o'clock at night, the door was locked and we got shocked! I have never seen a hotel's door is locked before. The other thing is it says on the booking.com,there will be another discount %10, but the hotel did'nt do this. |

The location of the hotel near the train/bus station was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was an escellent beginning for each da;y of stay. The toilet was uncomfortably crammed against the shower enclosure in room 608....also, the raised shower base was a bit dangerous for we older clients. |

Ideal central location - though double glazing reduced street noise, clean, large and comfortable room, friendly check-in staff. Room decor fading, air conditioning didn't work.Appears largely business orientated - I was the only one wearing jeans at breakfast. |
