Location is the best. Right opposite the train and subway station. Rooms are modern and new, clean and comfortable. Good size for 2 adults.

Wifi is accessible only in lobby n restaurant and password is good for only half an hour. Even though u can ask for new pw every 1/2 hour but after a few times, some staff kind of showed you an annoying look. Overall, it's still a great hotel!

Modern & new. Comfortable & clean

Staff promised a breakfast pack for early departure, but not provided, and with no apology.

A clean and modern room a stone's throw from the main train station. Room was well designed and well equipped with all the usual amenities, including free tea and coffee.

Perpetually busy hotel so not for you if you don't like crowds. Breakfast room crowded and noisy in the mornings. Sometimes you have to wait a bit to get a table. I did not appreciate having to pay 6 euros per day to get wifi access in the room.

We arrived via train at the Milan Central Station. The hotel was located very, very close to the station. We were able to walk with our suitcases to the hotel from the station. Our room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. We stayed in Italy for 5 weeks and had our best meal at the Starhotel Echo. I ordered a steak; and our waiter suggested that if I wanted meat, we should order another steak that was on the menu and split it between my husband and myself. The meat was cooked exactly to order. It was served with bacon and grilled vegetables on the side. Wonderful combination! Plus it saved us money by splitting the meal. The restaurant also provided some extras, which was really nice. Breakfast the next morning was great.

Air conditioning unit was very loud all night. Staff were unable to fix problem, but did offer another room. We had paid for breakfast, but we had to leave early for a flIght. We requested a packed breakfast for the morning, but this was not ready which caused some anxiety.

Excellent free hors d'oevres at happy hour! Very friendly staff.

The hotel is very smart with modern designs which is perfect in Milan. We were very impressed with the hotel and we would stay there again and recommend to others. Food and drink were fabulous and the staff were more than helpful and friendly.

For our needs...it was walikng distance from the train station and had some good restaurants nearby. The rooms had big with comfortable beds zinc the staff were helpful.

Beautiful hotel . Great design . Great breakfast lots of choices. Cold and hot lots of fruit. Close to train station but far from city center.

No free wi-fi in rooms. Only in lobby with 30 minute code. A hotel that nice should offer free wi-fi in rooms!!!

Great location by the train station. Modern, stylish, nice design. Got upgraded to a big room with balcony, was lovely :). My second stay at this hotel and already feels like home.

Busy hotel so breakfast lounge can get crowded in the morning. Took a while to do my check in as there were several people ahead of me

Tried to charge twice for city tax and the receptionist got irritated when I explained and showed papers.

Very friendly staff and a perfect location - 3 minutes from Milano Centrale. Rooms are clean and good designed. Lovely breakfast! No doubt - I will stay there again! I will recommend it to my freinds :)

Just stop searching further and book it!! Don't let the hotel's exterior put you off - you will be amazed inside. Staff is great - many thanks Luigi!!!

Seriously, this is amazing place, but if hotel owners wanted to take to Hospitality Nirvana, that's my list: 1) An actual espresso machine in the Deluxe rooms 2) Some English-speaking channels in the TV (who needs TV in Milan anyway?) 3) I have no idea what else :-)
