Convenient location by the central station for all transport connections. Helpful staff who rang around to find a local late night resturant for us. Great value overall. Room, particularly the carpet, was a little shabby but everything was clean. A minor grumble. |

It was very well placed geographically, being right next to the central station with quick access to the metro and oposite the airport bus terminal point. The facilities were excellent. |

The hotel is in a very central position across the road from the station and the airport buses making it easy to travel from or sight see in Milan. The room although quite small was very comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room make a big difference. I thought the breakfast was very basic for a 4* hotel. |

The central location of the hotel made excursions to destinations from central station easy to access. The hotel was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the food was good. |

The location was excellent for travellers arriving/leaving via railway or airport. The breakfast was a confusing mixture of croissants with very little anything remotely healthy to eat. |

Starhotel Splendido is located very strategically 2 mins. walk from Milan Central Station which allows easy access both within and outside the city. Totally deserving the 4 stars it has. Fairly decent breakfast buffet and helpful hotel staff are also in the mix. Very good value for money. |

It was really close to the city center..by feet about 15 minutes. The Central Station is close by and the shuttle to the airport has it stop and go there. not really..for the price everything was ok... |

breakfast, proximity to the train station Beware, guys, they have awful rooms on the 2nd floor, we'd call them "back into 70's", haven't been renovated since then, I guess, with a bunch of old and odd-looking appliances. Looks like they are throwing one-night-stay guests into those rooms, hoping you won't have time to make a fuss. |
