The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel and our room was clean, comfortable. We were able to drink tea in our room. There are Italian, English, German, French and Spanish TV channels. |

The location is certainly a big advantage and the quality of the in-house catering was excellent. Room temperature was too high. |

Big and comfortable bath and toilet area. Room is rather spacious with nice and new furniture. Need to reserve sauna in advance in reception. Seems it's not included in the rate. |

Its location is excellent, it is near to everywhere; bus to malpensa, to the train, metro, duomo etc. and of course corso buenos aires:) the hotel is also clean, quiet,breakfast is good. We like and recommend the hotel everyone. When we come to hotel at 2 o'clock at night, the door was locked and we got shocked! I have never seen a hotel's door is locked before. The other thing is it says on the booking.com,there will be another discount %10, but the hotel did'nt do this. |

The location of the hotel near the train/bus station was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was an escellent beginning for each da;y of stay. The toilet was uncomfortably crammed against the shower enclosure in room 608....also, the raised shower base was a bit dangerous for we older clients. |

Ideal central location - though double glazing reduced street noise, clean, large and comfortable room, friendly check-in staff. Room decor fading, air conditioning didn't work.Appears largely business orientated - I was the only one wearing jeans at breakfast. |

Very good localization to take subway to the center and to take the Bus from the airport to the hotel, just 200 mts from the Bus stop. Overall, rooms, commun areas are nice, good design. Breakfast was ok and hotel staff was efficient. Good bed and pillows. Related to the locatization, around the hotel is difficult to find nice places for dinner at a walking distance, need to take the subway or taxi. |

it was close to all the shops and sights you have to visit while in Milan, and also close to the central station which makes it so much easier to visit other places like Como, Bergamo etc. yes, there are not many good restaurants within walking distance. |

Friendly and efficient staff. Nice location. The breakfast is good. The bathroom looks old. The electricity contacts are old and have poor quality. Besides, I was not informed that I have to pre-pay for the whole stay. |

central location very poor value for money, I asked for a double room and got a twin in which they could not change but gave us no discount. 140 euros a night for what we got was poor. The room was small and pokey. Certainly not a 4 star... |

everyday, same food for breakfast, kind of boring. I requested for double bed, instead I was given a twin bed joined together and this is what they called it double bed. I am very dissappointed with the bed as it sagged. |
