Excellent hotel, very good location, brand new, modern, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. We stayed at this hotel during the Milan Fashion Week. We booked it for him when there was no comment, but the web site said that the hotel was completely renovated. It is really so, as soon as you get inside all still smells like new. The hotel is located just opposite the main railway station in Milan, which is this city, unlike other European cities, great location. For 15 minutes walk you are at the Duomo. In the hotel you can get a map of the city and all the information you need for a good time and stay in Milan.

The modern mixed with nature style. Very well decorated, very clean, confortable and has a good breakfast. Spacious rooms, good value for money. Since I had car I didnt mind the lcation that much.

Stayed at the Starshotels Echo the last night before flying back home after our vacation in Italy. Since we had an early flight next morning, location was very convenient across from Milano Centrale station. Also, got to see some of Milan by walking down Corso Buenos Aires st. nearby.

Perfect stay, people are friendly. Direct at th central station without the disadvantage of staying at the station.

Wifi was very poor...almost unusable. A big problem for travelers. Not near a lot of good restaurants.

Best hotel we stayed at in 4 weeks of travelling. Very modern and sleek design which completemente the city and style of Milan. we got a room upgrade and it was a great room - well styled and huge bathroom.

Nothing to add - wish we were there longer than one night!

The great location of this hotel where it is directly near the Central train station of Milan where you reach any where using the metro or the trains. the hotel was beautiful, clean and modern. I didn't expect that the design would look like the way I see it. there are a lot of shops, cafes and restaurant around this hotel especially in the huge train station.

it is trivial thing to mention but i think it is one of the comfortable things must be there .. the bath slippers and robes.

The hotel looks brand new and very modern. The Junior suite room is spacious and pretty, with the flower decor on the wall and the comfortable bed. The breakfast was good. The location, right in front of the Milan Centra Train station, is very convenient. We also found an excellent Korean restaurant Gaya nearby, to provide some variety to Italian food fare. We asked for a mini van to take us to the Leonardo Science Museum before taking us to the airport, and it was attended to fast and well. The TV had trouble with English channels. Thanks to Mayo for helping us out.

The check in procedure took so long, as our reservation for a Junior suite and a deluxe double was not originally followed. They were giving us a family room instead. The first room given was a smoking room!!! When it was clear I specified a non smoking room. The free wifi for our room was not given right away. we had to ask for it. And then again, it was limited to one device per room. What a hassle!

Good location, new & clean hotel...

We had to pay for the internet that didn't work properly & was very slow, poor breakfast like most Italian hotels...

Spatious and well appointed room, in nice and apparently eco design; the soundproofing of windows I found impressive.

They charge for internet which I think is quite outdated for a up-to- date hotel. Breakfast inclusive, actually mediocre quality and definitely not 4 stars.

Good location and within walking distance to many destinations, best of all it is just across the road from the train station. Reception staff are helpful and all can communicate in English, so no language problem. Hotel is not big and have a very nice cosy atmosphere.

Should provide free internet access in all rooms. Internet is only available in the hotel lobby for a limited period only.
