Hotel został niedawno na nowo otwarty. Przeszedł gruntowny remont. Wystrój jest nowoczesny ale ciepły zarazem. Obsługa dobrze mówiąca po angielsku I chętna do pomocy. W cały chotelu rozsiewa sie bardzo przyjemny zapach zilonej trawy połączonej z zielonym jabłuszkiem. Zapach ten jest bardzo subtelny I dyskretny ale dający poczucie świerzości I przyjemnej atmosfery. Hotel jest świetnie zlokalizowany, tuż przy stacji Milan Centrale, na którą przyjerzdżają autokary z lotniska (Bergamo I Malpensa). Dodatkowo z tego hotelu niedaleko jest na stacja metra - linia zielona oraz nico dłuższy spacerek ale nadal w zasięgu linia czerwona (stacja Loretto), którą dojedziemy do Duomo I innych atrakcji Mediolanu. Polecam ten hotel gdyż ma naprawde dobry standart, super położenie I przyjemną obsługę.

Jest to hotel zbudowany w stylu "eko" I czasami można się pogubić we wszystkich udogodnieniach jak np. Gdzie wyłączyć właściwe światło ale to było czymś zabawnym a nie upierdliwym.

Doby hotel, położony dosyć blisko centrum, bardzo blisko stacji metra, którym można szybko dojechać do centrum. Bardzo dobre śniadanie.

Wokół hotelu nie ma gdzie zaparkować samochodu, więc samochód za opłatą jest parkowany w sąsiedztwie hotelu. W naszym pokoju popsute światło - cały czas się paliło, co w nocy było problemem- mimo zgłoszenia nikt się tym nie zajął.

Wszystko :) Na pewno wrócimy tam jeszcze.

Świetna lokalizacja. Pokoje czyste, urządzone komfortowo.Personel uprzejmy. Hotel świetny na wypady weekendowe.

Excellent hotel, very good location, brand new, modern, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. We stayed at this hotel during the Milan Fashion Week. We booked it for him when there was no comment, but the web site said that the hotel was completely renovated. It is really so, as soon as you get inside all still smells like new. The hotel is located just opposite the main railway station in Milan, which is this city, unlike other European cities, great location. For 15 minutes walk you are at the Duomo. In the hotel you can get a map of the city and all the information you need for a good time and stay in Milan.

Price of parking from 25 eur.

What I like more is the Location it's just 5 minutes away from the Centrale Station which make it very easy to more in milano

The onley disadvantege is the hotel doesn't have an Iron and if you want to give them the cloth you have to wait for so long. Another drop is they offer for me a city tour however is was really hard to find where the bus is, they don't know exactuly where the bus stop

The hotel was located conveniently next to the central station. It had obviously been renovated and the room was clean and well appointed.

The hotel check-in was disorganized. They couldn't run our credit card at first, had to send someone up to the room to reset the keys, etc. When we checked into our room we called down for internet access. The woman who answered the phone gave us incorrect instructions and said someone would call us back and they never did. We had to go downstairs to get the information. We had an early train and when we went downstairs just before 6:30 am everything was already set out for breakfast. My daughter and I were going to get a bowl of dry cereal, juice etc. and we were sternly reprimanded and told they could not give us anything to eat. Not only was it rude, it was not necessary as the food was already set out and they could have accomodated us. There was no food provided on our train and we were quite hungry upon our arrival in Zurich.

The hotel is new. So the morden design and cleanness.

The worest check-in staff out of several hotels during my 3 weeks europen holiday. I will write a formal complaint seperately. The check- in staff made a vital mistake on our passport information and forced my wife and me to sign it (the incorrect documents will be reported to the local police). After I pointed out the mistake and two staffs started arguing with me and refused to remake the correct information. the hotel staff do need improvement for their knowleges and the attitude to serve customers.

It was a great hotel. The staff was professional and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with a nice variety of foods. The room was modern and very comfortable. I had a wonderful time and would recommend this hotel to friends.

Very nice hotel. Clean room, rich breakfast, friendly staff. A real 4 star hotel.

In mid night you may hear the sound of Line 2 metro passing in underground. No impact for me.

Its a nice hotel with good facilities and a great location. The room was big and bed was a large one with soft bedding.

I was surprised to see a 6 euro service charge for requesting an empty plate and menu. I had been to number of hotels but never seen a service charge for this.

This hotel is good and price is reasonable, except bathroom is not spacious. Staff attitude is nice and kind.

Henry the manager had been reallly helpful and sweet to our to little ones. The location is a 3 to 5 min walk to the centre station (or grand train station) of Milan and u can even walk to get on a tram and takes you to The Duomo and shopping areas. Breakfast is not a big range but enough to keep you full. The staff are helpful and friendly. Its a new boutique hotel so u can expect nice and clean rooms.
