Near Central station. Very small room with poor bathroom, I believe that you can not call this hotel 4 stars hotel at all. Inside of the room the wall paper was pulled off and hotel aminities are very, very poor. Only thing I can racommend is very near the central station, however there are many hotels around Milano station, so you might find better hotel. |

Only the location: close to the central station for the airport bus We booked a standard double room and we stayed in room 319 which was awful (very small for two people, not comfortable at all, not clean). Old and very very dirty carpet, old TV set, old furniture, noisy flush in bathroom, old tiles in the bathroom, a small vodka bottle left open in the refridgerator, a spider on the wall, the wallpaper was torn. Poor value for money, this room definitely not a 4 star hotel. We asked for an upgrade the moment we saw the room, but they told us it was fully booked. Definitely needs renovation. |

fast access to Milan Centre with Metro! the staff should be more helpfull. I didnt know that the room had the facility making coffee ot tea. I went to the bar and they made me pay 7€ for a tea & mineral water. when i got in the room, i descovered all the comfort for a free coffee or tea!! Unacceptable! |

The Hotel is close to the train station and the buss to airport, You have to see it with your own yes,The Hotel is a 4 Star.but the hotel need a lot of refurbishment. |

Breakfast was great. Personal of the hotel is very nice as well. Hotel has good location. Price for the hotel is very good for what you get. One thing we didn't like in the room - very little lights in the room - it was a bit dark. |
