very convenient to the train station, large room, good value for the money advertise free internet, this an ambiguous statement. The computer in the lobby is free, however if you want free wifi in your room, it is 5 euros per day |

The staff were helpful. The hotel was very convenient for the station as we were only passing through Milan - and was a pleasant place to stay. |

It was very clean !! Give your cleaning lady a bonus for Christmas !! She worked very hard. The breakfast was fine and the staff to serve it was very kind. We were not too crazy about the view - actually there was NO view ! And one of the blinds did not work, so we had almost no daylight. Perhaps the staff could speak better english.. |

VERY close to the central station. Perfect location if you have a super early train to catch. Feels more like a hostel than a hotel. Good value for money for 3 bed rooms, not for single. |

Eine sehr nette, unbürokratische Rezeptionistin mit gutem Englisch. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nahe am Bahnhof mit Busterminal, Metro, Tram... Gefühl der Sicherheit. Der Nachtportier!!! Keine Lust zum Arbeiten! Laute Metrogeräusche mit Vibrationen. Wasserverbrauch des Nebenzimmers gut hörbar. |
