The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and we really enjoyed eating in the garden. It was a good place to stay with a toddler. Their highchair for babies and toddlers did not seem entirely safe. In fact, a staff member was worried about it tipping over our table. We used a travel one we brought instead. The shower was not up to 4 star quality. It was also annoying that there was only one small trash can in our room. |

Good location in Bolzano, comfortable room, outstanding restaurant, and pleasant helpful staff--especially Kristina and Kurt at the desk, and Agron in the restaurant. Raves from my husband about the restaurant--the mushroom risotto was world-class! |

Das Frühstück war ok. Das WLAN funktioniert nicht in dem Zimmer. Und das Internet generell wird zwar umsonst angeboten, funktioniert aber nicht richtig! Das Zimmer war nicht besonders sauber, z.B. Tische verstaubt. Und das Personal ziemlich unfreundlich! |

La buona qualità e la quantità della prima colazione, oltre all'ambiente ed il servizio. La mancanza assoluta di quotidiani e riviste in lingua italiana, ma solo in liungua tedesca. Considerando che Bolzano è in Italia la considero una gravissima carenza. |

Das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Garten und liegt ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der Stadtmitte. Man fühlt sich in diesem Hotel einfach wohl, wir kommen wieder! |
