Old world charm outside; completely modern inside. Breakfast room with wall of windows looking out to green, shady courtyard- excellent breakfast as well. A little on the pricey side, but average for Bolzano center; under 10 min easy walk to restaurants, shopping, musuem.

Location was good (5 min. Walk from town center). Room and bathroom were spacious. Our room had a double wooden single-paned window; the external one was permanently open (roten and old wood, without locker) and the internal one could not close firmly (roten wood and old), thus allowing cold wind come into the room. Too overpriced for the quality of the room and the services provided, in general.

The staff was helpful from the beginning and the room was excellent, much larger than I anticipated. The breakfast outside was a very pleasant experience, and it was ideally located to the things we wanted to do including the train station, the city center and the cable car. I liked it all.

Lovely room & nice pool, good location near train station and bars/ restaurants/ sites We stayed here 5 years ago, and after some generally rude service at every other place we went to in Italy in our month long trip this place was a breath of fresh air ! However this time around, we found the staff quite rude & difficult to talk to, at reception & the restaurant they appeared stressed at any request/ question we had, the hotel is lovely but from the money we paid to stay there the service should be better & we would not stay there again

Lovely garden and outside restaurant; very convenient location to the funicular and close to the centre of town. There is free parking opposite the hotel that is behind a boomgate but not supervised, as well as paid parking in an underground garage. The free parking is not advertised on the website.

Pleasant staff, good food in restaurant, good size room with small balcony overlooking garden/pool at rear of hotel. Well located within easy walking distance of train & bus stations. The centre of Bolzano with excellent selection of shops, historical sites & restaurants is a short walk away as is the cable car to the Ritten. Unlike a lot of other restaurants in Bolzano an English translation of the menu was not available however this is a minor point which didn't detract from our lovely stay in the hotel.

The Staff were always friendly, and we think they went out of their way to help. The room was very clean,and large, and we had a great view of the mountains arround it, the breakfast was exelent. The internet was very slow, we had a great time and we will gladly recommend it any one we know wishing to travel in that area.

breakfast was pretty decent. Room was clean. The lobby area and front desk are in major need of updating. When I walked in I literally wanted to turn around and walk out, but because I reserved a superior room I was curious to see it. It didn't disappoint me. The staff at the front desk spoke very poor English which was disappointing. Also, the hotel was a bit removed from the centre, not a long walk, but not at the centre.

Die Lage des Hotels ist genial - die Altstadt ist gleich ums Eck und die Gondelbahn nach Hochbozen, die bis 22.38 fährt ist auch gleich in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war ganz neu und sehr geräumig. Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen!!! Klein aber sehr fein!!! Personal sehr freundlich! Keine Beschwerden!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel molto accogliente. Purtroppo ci sono stato una sola notte. Ma ottima impressione. Camera singola gigantesca. Niente di particolare. L'unica cosa , per gusti personali, c'era la vasca al posto della doccia, ma ripeto sono gusti personali.
