The hotel is good quality for the money. Rooms are small but clean, nice furniture. Location is also good, 5-7 minutes walk to the Metro station. Rooms are really a bit small, bags don't even fit in, but at least clean. If you only want to sleep in there than it is enough. |

Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Soundproofing of the rooms is very poor the doors slam in themselves and it's like a jackhammer hitting your head in the other room. If you happen to get a room on ground floor ask for a change immediately. Those rooms are cramped and are very loud. Right across the street is rome's university and sometimes they hold concerts. |

good hotel, clean and nice 4 star at reasonable price (compared to others in Rome). The location is not so charming for tourists, but if you have a car it is acceptable. |

Fairly basic but nice and clean. Not too far from the Metro station. Difficult to find, especially in the dark. |

Helpful reception staff and friendly breakfast waitress. The room was also kept wonderfully clean and tidied on a daily basis (though we didn't encounter the cleaner). The three-person room was dark and and rather cell-like with a tiny window high in one corner. While the electric lighting was good it was still unable to dispel the gloom. In the heat of August we could convince ourselves that the lack of light aided the air conditioning but, outside of the summer months it would have been desperately sombre. |

Good rooms, nice balcony and great breakfast provided. Staff was very accomodating. It would have been nice to have a clock in our room. The TV did not provide a channel with the time. |

The hotel was modern and had free internet access in the reception area. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff pleasant. Although fairly far out, there were good transport links. The reviews which stated that the hotel was not in an ideal situation were not enforcing this strongly enough in our opinion, as there were times that we were fearful for our possessions whilst walking to and from the nearest metro station. The walk to the metro station is as described a fifteen minute walk, but through a rather shady area. Also the cost a taxi from Termini is around 40euro, so choose wisely, as a 7 day metro pass is 16euro and unlimited! The rooms, although modern, are small and doubles are continental doubles. Previous reviews regarding the walls of rooms would be correct, as there were times that we could hear the next room whilst we had the tv on. The hotel lacks a restaurant, which forces you to either make the metro trip twice or to stay out rather long every day. Being this far out the hotel would also benefit from an additional serivce such as a swimming pool. The maids were unaccommodating at times also. All in all, do not stay at this hotel!!!! |

near metro, clean hotel, good breakfast Room is very small. We booked a quad-room. With 4 (single) beds and luggages, there was no much space to move around. When one moves, the other 3 persons must have been sitting or laying on bed. We felt like they put 2 more beds into a double-bed room and sold it to us as a quad-bed room. |

We found the staff very helpful and the cleaning staff were very good. If we go back to Rome again which is likely we would book here. It is within easy reach of the Metro so getting into the centre was easy. |
