The good service of the personnel. They gave me all the relevant information I ask for, as "what do I have to see in Rome?".... It was not in the middle of the centre, but the metro was nearby (10 minutes walk)! And of course I knew this before booking this hotel........ Great hotel! |

The breakfast was varied and ample and the bathroom facilities were good, the staff were polite and helpful.The location of the hotel is not a problem , there is the metro 10 minutes walk away and buses 5 minutes walk away, the neighbouring shops consist of snack bars, fruit shop , chemists and near the metro area they range from clothing shops to a supermarket, everything is available. Our room was very cramped,just enough room to walk around the edge of the bed.The doors were almost impossible to close quietly,we were frequently woken by guests during the night presumably unaware of the noise they made, a sign in the rooms could notify visitors to this and perhaps they would be more considerate to others sleeping. I wore ear plugs for 2 nights and they helped ! Any long corridor causes sound problems, carpeting in the rooms might aid sound absorbtion. |

The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast abundant and delicious. The hotel offers all is needed to enjoy a pleasant stay in Rome as it is located near busses which go to Rome Termini station or 2 bus stops away from the metro line Marconi. |

Friendly staff in a clean, comfortable, quiet but convenient location. Surprise complimentary bottle of spumante brought to our room in celebration of our 25th wedding anniversary. An error resulted in us believing that breakfast was included, but when this was clarified the charge was waived for the breakfast already taken. Excellent service. The shower is rather small (no room to pick up dropped soap!) |

The hotel is good quality for the money. Rooms are small but clean, nice furniture. Location is also good, 5-7 minutes walk to the Metro station. Rooms are really a bit small, bags don't even fit in, but at least clean. If you only want to sleep in there than it is enough. |

Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Soundproofing of the rooms is very poor the doors slam in themselves and it's like a jackhammer hitting your head in the other room. If you happen to get a room on ground floor ask for a change immediately. Those rooms are cramped and are very loud. Right across the street is rome's university and sometimes they hold concerts. |

Helpful reception staff and friendly breakfast waitress. The room was also kept wonderfully clean and tidied on a daily basis (though we didn't encounter the cleaner). The three-person room was dark and and rather cell-like with a tiny window high in one corner. While the electric lighting was good it was still unable to dispel the gloom. In the heat of August we could convince ourselves that the lack of light aided the air conditioning but, outside of the summer months it would have been desperately sombre. |
