It was good value. Free wifi and had the option of a mini bar if needed. Liked that there was a balcony too. Receptionist printed out my boarding cards.
It is a nice walk from the metro and took a bit to find. Bed was like sleeping on concrete which was poor. Not very 4 star like. Came back from sight seeing to find my partners makeup on the bin in the bathroom. Rooms are very small. No english channels on tv. There was a lot of noise in the morning and the walls are paper thin.
The staff doesn't need to exchange all the towels and bed cloths everyday! To much! Air condition was out of order in room 104, but we got new room with aircondition.
Everything except ...
Beds No duvet cover
Good location and reasonable price. The room was very small but clean and for a city trip totally fine.
Very Helpful Staff, Close Proximity to Metrorail, Restaurants and services
Distance from Rome Central
Very clean Location 5-8 mins to metro, hotel is not at a main street Cosy little room Personal safe at the room
Ventilation system produced low noise humming in the night - a mere nuisance, not a big deal though Only 1 english TV channel - CNN world news (compared to circa billion channels in italian)
Staff were helpful and friendly. Bedroom was clean.
It was a little far from the metro station, about a 15 minute walk. There was a function room holding parties outside our bedroom window which meant it was quite noisy at night. Bedroom was quite small for a four star hotel.
Location, value for money, cleanliness
The air conditioning was not strong enough
Room was clean. Staff excellent and supportive.
Far from city center and metro station. 10 to 15 walk to metro station. Area a little down trodden but safe to walk at night. Breakfast was okay, few food choices and coffee from a machine. Few restaurant nearby however, had an excellent dinner in a family owned trattoria very close to the hotel.
Good hotel but abit away from Vatican City if thats what you are visiting. ...
reasonably clean...staff fairly friendly..other guests lovely
the hotel is a LONG way from the center of Rome..taxi fares vary hugely from 16E to 48E and don't be put off by the horror stories from the hotel staff; the Metro is fine if you use the sort of common sense you would in the UK. Main issue for us was the horrendous noise from the next door bar. Two nights in a row a party raged til well gone 2am. First night we were due to be up at 5.30am for a trip to Pompei so we had less than 3 hours sleep...we got back that evening at 10pm and the noise began at 11pm and lasted most of the night. By 2am I was calling reception who basically said it wasn't their problem. I made it clear I would be putting this complaint on a public site so other potential guests knew what they were in for if they booked. No bill reduction offered. this aside there is nothing to do around the hotel area of an evening...had a grim meal at the local eatery Delomo but managed to find a great place 15 mins away.
This hotel should have a maximum of three stars. In the room 202 is a mushroom in the shower. There are very thin walls, you can hear everything, music, morning cleaning the corridor, talking the other guests.
Clean, nice personal, great breakfast, reasonably good WiFi speed and signal. Quite good value for money, stayed here for the second time.
The hotel is in an area close to university and student facilities, so there was a bit of noise late at night and early in the morning, but not a big deal. We had three rooms in total, and in one of them the condition did not work properly (at least we could not control the temperature). A bit small shower cabin, but again not a big deal.
Staff was very helpful. Good at giving directions to major tourist sites.
The pictures of the hotel on booking.com look nothing like the hotel upon arrival. We were convinced that the driver brought us to the wrong hotel. The hotel is not in a very good area. You have to walk 15 min to the closest metro station and they area itself is very dodgy. I would not have walked to the metro everyday had I not been traveling with a group. We had to come home early in the evenings just to make sure we got home safe at night. This hotel is not to the level of a 4 star hotel in Rome. I was very deceived upon arrival. It is the nicest building around the area but that is not saying much. In all honestly it is a 2 star hotel
Great staff, VERY clean, nicely set up place, modern, with a nice bar and terrace.
Location is near a University so it's nice and quiet but it is quite a walk to the metro. There are bus stops very near, although we found out bus rides in Italy are pretty loud and uncomfortable. All in all great hotel.
i will undoubtly recommend this hotel...the staff is very kindly and friendly and they are ready to help you in every way! also the rooms are very cleaned! it is about 7-8 minutes walk from the local metro station and about 15 minutes away from the center!
the only thing that making me nervous was the local area!
Very close to the University Roma 3. quiet.
One small thing that did bother me was the fact that the hotel never had an iron at all that you could borrow. There was also no kettle in the room which would have been nice.
Clean, nice room with wi-fi. The staff were friendly and was nice surprise that we got juice and water when we came to the hotel and were very thirsty.
The hotel made cover reservation from my VISA before arriving. When we were leaving the hotel I paid our room and city taxies with my VISA. After one week later cover reservation shows in my VISA account! Luckily we stayd here only one night!
Nice place with extremely helpful staff. Great variety of foods at breakfast. Air conditioning was very good in the bedrooms.
Difficult to find in the beginning. Although once you get to know your surroundings, it's only a short metro to Termini.
1) No complimentary Tea, Coffee and water in the room which is unusual for hotel of this standard. 2) Average connectivity to the rest of the city.
Close to St. Paul's Outside the Walls Basilica Close to St. Paul's Metro Station Nice beds Free wifi (but slow) Breakfast Quiet - peaceful area
Far from center of Rome A bit expensive...
Very thin walls, noisy. Poor breakfast selections. Dirty shower with hairs left over previous guests. Water leaks through the windows.
It was a new hotel, in a very quiet neughbourhood. Excellent design, quality of bedding, cleanliness of room in general and bathroom specifically. Highly recommendable
It is a bit far from the metro station, about 15 min walking, but no big deal
