Gorgeous hotel, great facilities and staff, amazing views, on a steep hill to beach which makes it a difficult journey in midday heat but cant fault hotel x

Parole d'un napolitain : 'Sant'Angelo sauve Ischia". L'hôtel est donc idéalement placé dans un endroit vivant mais loin du tumulte. Le rapport qualité / prix est bon avec accès libre à la piscine thermale, eau naturelle à 35 degrés, sauna et hamman. L'hôtel est très bien entretenu, les chambres propres, un beau jardin, une jolie vue sur la mer, Capri au loin. Le village est escarpé mais la plage est à deux pas. Et Naples est seulement à 1 heure de bateau. Un bel endroit pour une halte plutôt que pour un long séjour, affaire de goût. L'accueil gagnerait à être plus chaleureux (parfait au Spa, froid à la réception). L'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant dont la préoccupation des serveurs semble surtout de vous faire manger au plus vite. Ceci dit, la carte des vins est intéressante, le buffet de légumes appétissant et la qualité globale correcte. Un conseil : ne pas prendre la demi-pension, y aller en dépannage et tester les restaurants du village (très bonne trattoria dans une ruelle descendant au port). Le petit-déjeuner est quant à lui médiocre même si le prendre sur la terrasse face à la mer est un bonheur.

La "Location" è assolutamente favolosa, l'albergo è tenuto e gestito perfettamente dallo Staff e dalla proprietà che è sempre presente. I servizi accessori che però non dipendono dall'albergo, non sono all'altezza di cotanta bellezza (Ormeggio, Posto Barca, Facchinaggio, microtaxi elettrico).

La posizione indicata sulla mappa è sbagliata!E' Molto più lontano dal porto di come indicato.La posizione sulla mappa consentirebbe di raggiungerlo a piedi;in realtà si è costretti a prendere una vettura elettrica (l'albergo non fornisce alcun servizio)per raggiungerlo. La descrizione delle suite più costose (sistemazione più costosa di tutto Sant'Angelo) non evidenzia che non sono vista mare.

La collocazione in uno degli angoli più affascinanti di Ischia, Sant'Angelo. Bellissimo il panorama che si apprezza dal ristorante. Ottima la cucina dell'hotel. Molto cordiale il personale. Rilassante la piscina termale. Poco varia la colazione. Come tutte le cose belle un po' difficile da raggiungere se si ha un passeggino al seguito.

Hotel magnifique site exceptionnel personnel charmant une tres belle adresse un sentiement de bout du monde. La reception des chaines tv pas terrible c est pas tres grave admire le panorama c est la meilleure tv que vous puissiez avoir.

Definately not walking distance from the ports, but well worth the taxi ride. Beautiful and peaceful, very relaxing. All staff members were extremely helpful and pleasant. The food was not fabulous, but most of it was pretty good.

La situation exceptionnelle Pas de clim (à 300€ la nuit, bof) oreillers trop fins douche peu pratique et débordant sur le sol propretée négligée étant donné le standing de l'hôtel : des cheveux trainants par terre pas de chaine française petit déj très classique peu élaboré
