The hotel is quite old, however, rooms are brand new and excellent, service was also very good, food excelent. The pool is old but functional, new indoor was oppening at the moment

Nothing. I booked for 2 nights but left after one night - as I could not stay another minute!! But I must say that the manager was very good about it and said that they would be renovating soon- and he didnt charge me for the extra night. The hotel has a nice FOYEr and thats it ! - the room and pool are old. they pool is very old and felt dirty and horrible! The rooms are ok - but old - and the bathroom is tiny and smelt horrible !! the breakfast was not good ! the hotel is horrible !! I left after only one night - having booked 2 nights. The description on the booking.com web site is wrong - there is no wirlpool - not jets at all in the pool! When I questioned the manager about this - he said that they would be renovating soon and there would be?? ....But that didnt help me then

Position. Big swimming pools.. but very old! Waisty old ceramics of the both swimming pools, poor service in the room, oldest bathrooms, breakfast is not perfect.. The hotel can't be absolutelly classified as 4*!!!

Direi nulla di positivo! Camera microscopica. La camera comunicava con la camera a fianco attraverso una porta! Arredamento fatiscente come tutto l'hotel stile anni 30! Non c'è il cambio della biancheria del bagno ogni mattina (hotel 4 stelle!) nè sostituzione di doccia schiuma e shampoo utilizzati!

La reception e il giardino sono in stile antico e molto curati. Le camere spaziose e arredate con gusto,colazione a buffet buona; piscina in fase di ristrutturazione. Clientela anziana. Ottima la posizione in centro al paese... Da rifare il bagno(camera 116) piccolo e spartano per essere un hotel a 4 stelle. Piscina piccola ma in fase diristruttturazione

La posizione era ottima in pieno centro all'inizio della via pedonale e anche la cucina era buona. Il letto era un po' scomodo mentre la stanza era bella, confortevole e con pavimento in legno. La vista non era granchè, il balcone piccolo ed eravamo sopra le cucine (stanza classic). Quello che non c'è proprio piaciuta è la piscina interna, sembrava la piscina comunale: stile olimpionica anni '70 senza neanche un idromassaggio, lo stesso per quella esterna un po' meglio ma neanche più di tanto.....(ci hanno detto che sarà tutto ristrutturato). L'acqua tra l'altro è più fredda rispetto agli altri alberghi dove siamo stati. La Spa sembrava carina ma non l'abbiamo provata.

La piscina è molto bella, appena ristrutturata, le camere sono un pò piccole, ma nell'insieme carine Il personale di sala durante la colazione è poco gentile. Quello che mi ha dato veramente fastidio che quando siamo andati a pagare l'hotel aveva già saldato il conto usando la mia carta di credito (da me usata sul sito come garanzia di prenotazione),quando io preferivo pagare in contanti. Oltre tutto non solo accreditando la mia camera, ma anche quella degli amici che erano con noi, senza avvisarci preventivamente. Non mi è mai capitato

La piscina appena ristrutturata molto bella ,I massaggiatori molto bravi e l'uomo alla reception piu' che disponibile a spiegare tutto e di piu' (il signore con pochi capelli) Purtroppo nella zona massaggi ho trovato una signora che non mi ha spiegato niente dei massaggi e alla mia richiesta mi ha segnato il massaggio piu' corto che c'era , non è stata in grado di presentare la vasta gamma , fortunatamente ho fatto altri massaggi e ho potuto richiedere un massaggio migliore

Il centro benessere La camera a me assegnata aveva evidenti carenze dettate dal tempo; il bagno, dotato di sanitari usurati, aveva carenze sia igieniche che dal punto di vista della biancheria in dotazione (salviette ed asciugamani usurati). La piscina esterna aveva alghe sul fondo che lo rendevano scivoloso.

la bella camera con un letto veramente comodo e la vicinanza al centro pedonale migliorerei la piscina termale con maggiori postazioni idromassaggio e un pò più di pulizia pavimentazione intorno alla piscina ed essendo un ottimo hotel fornirei accappatoi agli ospiti in modo che gli utenti siano tutti con la medesima "divisa": molto più chic!
