good service at reception, excellent location
- helpful staff - cleanliness of the room - the hotel has been recently renovated
- no complaints
Everything was quite a good, inclusive the location. They said there was bad on the night, but it isnt truth.
The wifi, they should fix it before i come back to this hotel again. It always interputed. And tried to make call inside italy but the tel wasnt working..
Good budget hotel, friendly staff.
Bar closes quite early, hotel is not that close to Central Station...
- it was so easy to access from central station. about 7-8 minutes by walk. - good English level of staff - value for money, it is really worth the price - Other items were acceptable as well
- bathroom facilities were quite poor, not very satisfying. - towel set didn't smell clean . I hesitated to use them
it's near to main train station so good to get on a train and easy to go to airport location is not bad.. but it looks a little dangerous at night
location is not bad.. but it looks a little dangerous at night
Near train station
The rooms were very dirty, a thick layer of dust sat on the picture rails and door frames. The bathroom was mouldy and the air con didn't work. Hotel staff not especially helpful apart from the lady in the breakfast room.
Wifi doesn t work
The zoneis creepy at night
I love the quality of high customer standard that i received from the receptionist named "Alessandro". I am highly satisfied for his great assistance, by his value of service its a big factor that Hotel Terminal will progress more and more. A big brag for him, keep it up!
I could rate this hotel as excellent, but one of your staff receptionist is unable to give a clear information. He is inpatient and not focusing at all with the needs of the guests. He feels disturbed and not approachable..specially that he is the one on duty at day time, who cannot handle pressure with the busiest time. The hotel can choose more better staff. :(
ı booked single room but it was a double room! Thanks to stuff! On the reservation desk the reception was so kind amd smile always
ı couldn't sleep very well there was many voice
Location is near to milano centrale, Value for money, Room is clean
Ver close to Milano Centrale. I needed to catch an early flight that is why I stayed there for one night. The location was very important for me and it was perfect. 5 min to the station. Clean and nice
Close to station, friendly staff
Hard mattresses, wifi unreliable, noisy
Close to Milano Central. Stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Had inter connecting rooms, reason for which this Hotel was chosen. In fact the 2 rooms turned out to be facing each others, not the perfect solution if you have younger kids staying in the separate room. Hotel is old and needs major renovation. Definitely not worth the budget spent.
Breakfast was unbelievably poor and you had left overs (cake) from the previous days offered at the counter. Those people do not know what catering and hotel management is. Staff was rather unpleasant and made you feel unwelcomed (as if you are staying in this hotel for free), Except for 1 guy at the front desk during 1 shift who had a smile on the face.
wifi is really poor, It disconnected all the time
The lift was a must, as was the bathroom with shower in the room. A kind and helpful staff. Excellent Wi-Fi in room.
Location was near Train station, however, the neighborhood appeared unsafe at night. Breakfast was too expensive. AC needed a charge of coolant.
Friendly staff, close to the central station
Strange area the hotel is located in, noise from the tram and the reception (the room was located close to it)
Walking distance to the Central Station, a good hotel in a not so good neighborhood, good bed, fridge (a rare facility at Italy hotels in this level)
Walking at night with some homeless near.
Very convenient location close to transport and local shopping but away from tourist belt. Great authentic Italian restaurants nearby.
Room was okay. Wifi worked at times.
We had put the do not disturb sign, but housekeeping still entered. God knows why?! Why do you keep keys at the desk when the guest leaves for the day? We aren't in the 16th century and copies can be made. The shower head isn't properly located. Why not have a shower head placed as you face the wall, as is general practice everywhere. And if it's some water pipe system issue and too cumbersome and expensive to fix, why not have a full sliding shower glass or curtain that covers the entire length of the bath tub. We walked into a puddle of water every time only because of the ridiculous placement of that shower and no we've used showers before and know how they work, so it wasn't us.
The room was clean, and the staff profesional and supportive.
The streets near the hotel are dangerous. during the night.
Everyone was very pleasant and with station central nearby it was very convenient.
