Hotel Terminus & Plaza  

Just on the street opposite to the Pisa Stazione Centrale

Very old 3-star hotel, need renovation to better appearance --- the door frame / the door are old enough, not energetic enough ---- with this hotel room rate, without breakfast and without wi-fi internet, I can have 3-star hotel with breakfast and with wi-fi connection in other Italian cities, like Rome, Milan or Torino easily.

Short distance to train and bus station.

Papir thin walls, you can hear the elevators inside the room, peopleswalking upstairs. I asked for a quiet room, it was hot inside the room at the end of October, but we couldn't open the window because it was so much noises from the bothroom fans for the whole hotel, and there were no remote controls for the aircon in the room, maybe for energy saving's reason. Breakfast was typical italien. Ok for staying 1 night, no more.

I have stayed for 1 night as my intention of the stay is to visit just the leaning tower of Pisa so I stayed there for a night. The hotel room was very clean and comfort for couple. Very close to railway/bus station.

The hotel is just overpriced for the city and the services provided. There is no internet in the room and breakfast is separate which is adding the cost of the stay. There is internet in the lobby where you have to pay for the usage. It is a kind of hotel as they charge for anything as I arrived late to the hotel with 2 year old and looking for boiled which the hotel person offered thankfully. But then the next morning he came with bill for that also. The ac wasn't working but luckily not bothered us as it is cold outside

Good proximity to Pisa Central Rail Station.

Reception staff a bit surly, but it was late at night and maybe he had had a long day.

Just an overnight stop flying in from London and wanted to spend the next day in Pisa. Location was ideal, close to the station and the airport and the city centre. Staff at breakfast very helpful and friendly. No problem with holding our bags in a safe place for the day.

We arrived earlier than the advertised check-in time as we were promptly shown our room. We only spent a night here as we were heading to Rome the following morning and had a very early train to catch. We didn't spend too much time in the hotel itself as we went sightseeing and shopping, came back to sleep before heading out the following morning. Locationwise, this hotel was very handy and would definately recommended it.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and only 5 minutes taxi from the airport. The Leaning tower is about a 15-20 min walk but its a walk through the heart of the city so you see things along the way. The room was spacious, so clean and very good value for money!!

Wifi internet didn't work well but that was the only negative.

The room is well decorated even though it is a bit small. The TVset can receive lots of free TV channels. The location is just 5mins walk distance to the train station. Overall it is a good place for a traveller pass-by for just one night's stay

Somewhat small room and the room is a bit dark

Good location - near the main train station, near the central shopping street, about 20 minutes walk to Piazza dei Miracle. Breakfast is not bad relative to another hotels we stayed in Italy.

Good position, close to Pisa attractions and centre.

The price but will spend more next time for a better location.

Daytime man at reception was offhand & uncommunicative.
