Very kind staff willing to help in each difficulty. Room was clean and breakfast was not luxurious but sufficient. The hotel is closed to the rail station. There is Internet access only in the lobby, and it was very expensive. Most of the staff can only hardly speak English ... |

The reception man made us a tea after 10 p.m. when the bar close by was already closed and we didn´t feel / 2 ladies / comfortable to go out to find out if something else is still open, it was dark, raining, the city after dark is not very pleasant and safe. Breakfast - simple, no hard cheese, no salami, just packed sweet pastries, cream cheese in tin, pate in tin. But we didn´t leave hungry so OK. |

Very close to Pisa Centrale - good location to stop in Pisa just for one day, e.g. right before or after the flight. Excellent restaurant just across the street. For longer stays in Pisa a Hotel in the inner city might be better but station area is ok. |

When we arrived a the hotel we were surprised at how close it was to everything. About 7 minutes in taxi from airport and 15 minutes walking to tower and the other things. The rooms were very clean and the windows and curtains were great because its on quite a busy street so we thought we would hear a lot of noice which we didnt and the curtains didnt let any light in at all. We went for 2 nights for my partners 30th im glad we picked ths hotel but I dont think its not a good hotel to stay in for more than a few days. The breakfast was pretty limited another reason to just stay a few days. Because its only a small hotel they havent got a resturant so you have no choice you have to go out, it was a little cold so we would of liked one night in, but we found some really nice places and amazing pizza. The bed was big but uncomfortable we felt we hadnt slept when we woke up if that makes sense. Another thing is that you can hear people talking and snoring in the other room because the walls are like paper, I felt bad to put the tv on because I didnt want to disturbe anyone. |

Only the location is good which is quite close to the central station at Pisa. Laundry was closed on Sunday... and surprisingly no irons as well since it was Sunday! Breakfast time is only until 0930 and if you cant finish your breakfast soon after that you will be asked to leave. Pisa has well marked directions for almost every hotel... this one wasn't one of them. |

We stayed one night in a family room. The breakfast buffet was over average. Clean and rather spacious family room. Good location if you travel by train, only 150 mtrs from the central station. |

I was worried having read some of the reviews the day before, I needn't have the hotel was perfectly fime I had a large room which was spotlessly clean. Staff were polite and helpful, breakfast was good and I would stay there again while in transit to and from the airport. There is no wifi in rooms thou and in this day and age I fel they should address this problem to keep the business people coming to the hotel, sitting in the lobby doesn't really cut it in this day and age. But that is a minor criticism. No wi fi in room |

We only stay from Sunday lunchtime until 4.00 am on Monday so we did not have a chance to try the food but the location so near the station was wonderful |

Good facilities in the room (safe, fridge, hair dryer, TV, etc) at a very reasonable price. Good breakfast buffet. Not particularly important, but low level of lighting in room. |
