Hotel Terminus & Plaza  

Good location very close to the Pisa train station.

The Wifi didn't work. Stains (hand print) on the wall.

The hotel is very near to the Centrale Station of Pisa and also not very far from the Pisa Tower. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good with good options.

The location was superb. Everything else was very good.

A five minute walk from the train station,rooms spotless with towels etc,changed every day.Come and go as you please.All staff including kitchen staff,very helpful,and friendly.

Only two things stand out.All rooms are fitted with mini fridges.My advice,turn off before you go to bed,and turn on in the morning,as the fridge noise comes on very regularly. We had room 103,nothing wrong with the room,except immediately outside is the noen sign for the hotel,which has a quiet buzz all the time,so if you have sensitive hearing,it is difficult to sleep

I was very basic but clean and convienent to the railway station, as we were catching the train to florence the next morning it was ideal.

The breakfast had no hot food and had a lot of prepacked items not fresh.

The area close to the station was very run down and when we got off the train we had to walk through a load of drug users, we did not feel safe in Pisa at all

Location was a little hard to find. Late morning/afternoon desk clerk was grouchy and not very helpful.

Helpful reception staff. Comfortable, good sized bedroom and nice bathroom. Breakfast was ample and served in a pleasant, bright room. The hotel is a five minute walk from the station. The downside of being close to the station is that you are further from the Campo dei Miracoli, which is a 20-25 minute walk. If like us you also want to visit Lucca by train (recommended), we felt on balance it was worth being close to the station.

It was clean and a 5-minute taxi ride from Pisa aiport costing no more than 10 EUR.

The location is not as close to the Leaning Tower as it seems. It is a clear 20-25 minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Though if you're not in a hurry and don't mind walking it is a nice stroll though Pisa. The front desk staff weren't very friendly.

The room heating system was locked to a high setting, had to get staff to turn it off. The early morning call at 4 AM was missed no reason given, The fridge made a loud noise after a time also had to have it turned off. For a short night it was handy

So close to the station and bus terminal, just a short walk to the centre.

The area seemed a little run down but even so it was quite safe.

It was difficult to talk to the receptionist as he was always on the phone. One wondered if this was always business-related! The room was crammed, the shower cabin had a bidet in it, the mini-fridge was incredibly noisy ad had to be unplugged, the walls were exceptionally thin, and the air-conditioner was not working.

Reasonably priced, convenient and pleasant. A pleasant hotel.

The staff were rude and not willing to help, answered questions not clearly, on the site it says internet was included, they were only giving the codes 1 hour at a time which was annoying as you would need to go to reception. Pisa tower was advertised 15 min walk to the hotel, where actually it was minimum 25-30 min walking distance
