Location, price, staff. Hotel is good for those who want to see Rome and not to spend huge amount of money for accomodation Size of the room, two beds instead of one queen size bed (such beds were moving around the room in the night :))

Location - One word - fantastic. It was a 2 minute walk to the Termani where all the buses from the airport arrive and where you catch the metro, the underground service which goes to all the main attractions. The hotel is in a block with 2 other hotels. Teti is on the 2nd floor. There is a small lift but you have to climb 10 steps or so to get this. The entrance lobby to the hotel made me uneasy. It wasn't very inviting and I feared the worse. Had I made a mistake by booking here? However, once inside all my fears disappeared. The door to the hotel is locked and you have to be "buzzed" in by hotel staff which is reassuring from a security point of view. Hotel Staff - They all spoke excellent English. The were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The front desk was manned 24 hours a day. We arrived at 12 noon with a view to leaving our bags until our room was ready. However our room was ready straight away so we were able to get unpacked immediately. Our Room - We booked a double room and were allocated room 11. It was perfect for our needs. There was a double bed with a bedside locker either side. A dressing table, a wardrobe with plenty of hangers. Also inside the wardrobe was an electronic safe which was free of charge. The bathroom was on the small side. The shower was not the most powerfull but did the job. There was plenty of hot water day or night. We also had a view of the street. There were double glazed windows and slatted shutters. Once opened gave the impression that you were on a balcony. The street below could be noisey at times. However once the double glazed windows were shut you could hear very little from outside. There is Air Con available at an extra charge. A small televison was mounted up high. Only one English channel which was BBC World News but we were in the room so little time this didn't matter. There were 2 plug points, one by the dressing table the other by the bathroom door. The entrance to the hotel. The small bathroom.

Nicely located, clean, helpful staff. Camera controlled access provides improved security. 2 minutes walk to Termini Station which is key to travel anywhere you wish in or out of Rome. Due to security and location features of this hotel, I would definetly stay at Hotel Teti if i visit Rome once again. Pillows are too thin to get comfortable, Double beds are formed with combining single beds, causing trouble during sleep as they keep getting separated. Breakfast is fairly good, could be improved though.

Staff is friendly. Convenient location if you use train very often or early train in next day. Small room. I wanted my time in the room as minimal as possible. This hotel is like backpacker's hostel for me. The price wise it is not but reminds me when I was traveling in 3rd country, I stayed that level of hotel as a backpacker. If you look for some relax time in the hotel, this hotel is not your hotel. The location near the station is convenient. But I didn't feel safe in that area. Convenient but I prefer other area for next stay in Rome.

The location is good. The distance to Termini station is very short. The heating is not continuous, it is off at dawn. And the environment is sometimes dangerous especially at dawn and morning while it seems to be safe during day. I met a robbery impersonating police at the main gate of the hotel. I recommend the traveler to leave their passport at the hotel.

Location; fair (close to termini station but not a close walking distance to city center, use either bus or metro) Staff; friendly enough. Our room was noisy, walls were thin. Breakfast is very poor. Parking; no private parking, the parking spaces in front of the hotel were always occupied and there was 2 of them.

The staff was so nice and kind. They are thoughtfully and very friendly to you. If you are too early to have breakfast for train, they also prepare ahead for you. The room is nice and modern-decorated. I like that color and comfortable design. Good for the price. The location is very good, just 3-5 minutes walking to the Termini. Do recommend if you are the last-day staying in Rome and need catch up train or flight early next morning. Hot water is not that hot for a shower. So do ask the staff for their assistance.

All the staff I met are really friendly and willing to help, and what is better is that they all can speak English. I was also allowed to put my big luggage in the reception after checking out. The room is small, but not a big problem since you get what you pay.

I have stayed at "Teti" 3 times already this year and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. Its suits my every need and I am always very pleased with it. As a solo traveller I feel safe and well looked after by the managment and staff. The room was very clean, breakfast was more than enough. The situation is great, most places I wanted to visit were easy to get to on foot. The price was also very reasonable (unfortunatly) singles have to pay more. My family are in Italy in the summer and already they are booking "Teti" for a few days stay. Couldnt fault Hotel Teti Janet Watson Italy
