teti was the best of the 3 hotels in my entire trip, although i paid more at those hotels, but they couldnt match up to teti. we had a big and clean room at teti. toilet and bath clean with complete bathroom amenities and clean towels. was very happy with teti. very good friendly staff, all of the them. met the owner too. was a good guide. breakfast was excellent. kept us going for hours....2 mins to termini, lots of restaurants in the area. self service laundry just next to the hotel, the colleseum is walking distance to the hotel. enjoyed my stay at teti. |

Very clean room + shower, excellent location, nice staff (even brought us the breakfast to the room when we asked for), free internet Noice from the street - but you are in the center of Rome - that would be same in a 5star hotel. When you close the window its OK.. |

The rooms at this budget hotel right around the corner from Termini train station (5 minute walk!) are actually rather well appointed, freshly painted. One small flight of stairs to elevator, then take elevator. There are several small hotels in this same location on different floors. I particularly liked the modern touches. E.g., with electronics--plenty of jacks available to plug in and charge up. Lots of closet space, nice if small bathroom. I paid 65 euros--fair price I suppose but pushing it considering the downsides (see next). Friendly staff. Lots of decent restaurants in the area for a quick bite, a beer, gelato, etc., if you get in late. The small single room is generally nice and comfortable, but there were two concerns. First, the single room bed was a single bed. Very small--and no longer acceptable to me. So, I guess you have to pay for a double to get a decent sized bed, which detracts from the value aspect of the hotel. Second, the walls here are paper thin. This is one of those places where if the person in the next room coughs, you hear it as clearly as if they are in your room. Frankly, given that aspect I probably would not stay here again, which is regrettable since it does have other pluses. Location near train station in Rome is plus and minus. It's walkable to center of town, but not the most convenient. Think about where you need to be. |

The staff at the desk was very kind and nicely helped us whenever we turned to them. The cleaning personal was also very good, every day they change the bed linen, towels, clean the room, bathroom. The breakfast also was Ok. I liked very much that in the hall they have a laptop with the free internet connection. We have not taken with us laptop, and were nicely surprised when noticed that we can use the internet in the hotel without any charge. The place of the hotel and price also were very good.I think that if I will again visit Rome I will take this hotel. |

the staff was extremely friendly & took extra time to answer every question & point out interesting activities in the city. very, very accomodating! room very clean! just like the photos. people, pay the extra for the a/c! it is a MUST when you stay in rome~not only for comfort but also for noise control! all-in-all a very pleasant stay! thank you rosaria & the rest! my room was close to the reception so i could hear the buzzer on the intercom throughout the night (until i put my earplugs in). you have to haul your luggage up 13 steps before you get to the elevator. other than that, absolutely no problems! |

rooms were clean and hotel close to the central station (literally 2 mins walk) with lots of restaurants and groceries etc. nearby for food rooms were extremely small, although quality was good, the rates weren't justified for this kind of hotel, save your money if you're on a budget, there are lots of other similar hotels in this area for cheaper prices |

clean rooms, helpful staff, near to the station, okay for a one night stay. only if the person at the reception had informed that the Vatican would be closed on Sundays we would have hurried out to see it first. He said we could visit early the next day. Visited Rome without visiting Vatican city - though not to blame the hotel solely for it but would have helped if the gentleman was aware of the fact. |
