El personal, que era atent; l'esmorçar, que era bo; i la situació, al costat de la mar i a prop del centre. No hi ha endolls a l'habitació per connectar, per exemple, un ordinador portàtil. |

Small things made the difference, a computer set up in the foyer for quick/free internet access, modern decor, comfortable bed with duvet, very friendly staff, reserved loading/off loading bay directly outside the hotel, even the complimentary notebook and tissue pack didn't go unnoticed, well done Hotel Tirrenia you stand out from the crowd! |

We had one day at Lucca and one day in Pisa - easily accessible by train. The station only abolut a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We arrived back at the hotel by 3.30pm and had a couple of hours on the beach. The hotel provided beach towels / maps/ timetables and info on the places we visited without us asking - they could not have been more helpful. One of the showers was a bit small but a full bathroom was available on each floor so this did not cause a problem |

A friendly welcome when I first arrived at the hotel and its location close to the beach and near all transport links made it ideal for us. The breakfast was very good with first class service.It was really the accurate reviews which made us settle for this hotel. I cannot criticise the hotel at all |

The staff was extremely attentive, helpful, and pleasant. They provided towels for the beach, free internet, bicycles to rent, maps, information, and helped with any questions we had. The room was very clean, the air conditioning worked very well, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast spread was wonderful, with hot, fresh, moist scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, homemade yogurt, real capaccino coffee, etc. And, the hotel was modern, decorated nicely. The family owners cared about us as though we were their personal guests. |

The hotel was impeccable, very clean and the service was absolutely fantastic. In particular I would like to say a big thank you to Lucca and his family, in particular his dad, who kindly offered to give us a ride when we were desperate to find a taxi one night. I have honestly never seen customer service like that. They made us feel very welcomed and they accomodated all our requests very readily and always with a very warm smile. The location is very good too, only a few minutes walk from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. This should be the hotel to pick should anyone be going to Viareggio. |

Very nice family hotel. Location was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Our room was very spacious and with a balcony. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. |

the main positive feature of the hotel is the staff. Very friendly, knowledgable and generous with their time. Excellent customer service. The rooms are small, but very clean and functional, however, it is an old hotel and there is a lot of noise that can be heard from inside the room. The location is excellent. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh foods. The price for the hotel was good. did not like being able to hear everything going on in a neighboring room. Was woken up each night, but the people staying next door. |

An excellent 3 star hotel; good value for money and most important Luca and his family were very friendly could not have been more helpful, informative or pleasant if they tried. The room was clean and comfortable. Hot water was in good supply. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful A good find and I hope to be able to get there again. Thanks to Luca for making our stay so enjoyable. Thanks also to the other (very positive) reviewers who gave so much useful information which made our journey so much easier.Beach was also very good. |
