Good price and nice room. Free internet access in the lobby. Nice to have a balcony, but it was very small. Not the nicest location, and no outdoor area. |

The friendly approach all the staff working at Hotel Tirrenus have. They used to help us not only about hotel matters but also about bus/train transport and many other things. It's very good to feel at home in/out the hotel during a holiday. |

While the hotel was a little out of Perugia the hotel and its staff provided absolutely everything you could want with a friendly and extremely willing approach. Free internet was great as were the reasonably priced meals offered in your room. The only down side was the bus service stopping from the town at 9.30pm. The cab alternative was also very expensive at 20 Euro. |

Organized. Gave hard wire for computer just in case wi-fi didn't work (it didn't in the room but I had the hard wire). Saved me a trip to the front desk. Great breakfast, great front desk...very friendly. Even though the internet was free I had to go down after 2 hours of use to get a new password. They told me this in advance but why should I have to go down every two hours? |

Informative staff - they made suggestions for restaurants and were very helpful with directions and local information. Hotel was difficult to find using our GPS, as there were multiple addresses with the same street number. |

ottima colazione, bellissima stanza, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, staff molto cortese. Ci è piaciuto molto il pacchetto eurochocolate e l'idea di consegnare la ricetta del dolce agli ospiti. Abbiamo passato uno splendido week end! |

Cortesia del personale Colazione del mattino con troppi cibi impacchettati e a lunga conservazione, ossia con pochi cibi freschi. Ad esempio il pane era surgelato, così come le brioches. Pessimo il cappuccino fatto da una macchinetta tipo ufficio. Difficile da utilizzare l'impianto di riscaldamento/condizionamento della camera. |

personnel tres professionnel, parlant francais ,l'hotel est calme, le parking est assez grand , il n'y a pas de restaurant à l'hotel et ceux qui sont proposés sont au moins a 6 km au . sujet des chambres ,les singles sont vraiment petites et le ménage est aléatoire,nous avons eus dans une single ,une grande quantité de petites bêtes qui sortaient le soir,dommage car le personnel de reception est trés bien |
