H Eξυπηρέτηση του πρωινού ρεσεψιωνίστ και των σερβιτόρων του πρωινου.Η καθαριότητα και η μυρωδία του δωματίου ήταν φοβερή

Ο απογευματινός ρεσεψιωνίστ είναι τεμπελοτεμπελάκος και ο μπουφές του πρωινού ήθελε και κάτι ακόμα σε πιο φρέσκο απο την ποικιλία των αλλαντικών .

Excellcent buffet breakfast in a pretty room with a rooftop dining area leading off it with panoramic views. Big bedroom with comfortable bed and excellent bathroom plus fluffy towels. Convenient to Termini train, metro and bus stations and shuttle bus to airports. Restaurants and shops close by. Location not seedy as I was told might be the case.

Hotel a bit faded. Not a 4 star standard possibly 3 and a half. Bedrooms were dark-needed the light on at any time of day. Noisy outside when window opened even at night but not noisy when window closed. Staff efficient but not friendly.

Close to the railway station,Republic Square and the underground railway. We love having breakfast at the roof garden. We stayed with you last year!

There is the obvious problem of keeping the pigeons away from the breakfast tables but you won't win that one!

Our room was very quiet - away from the traffic etc and the rooftop terrace which was used for breakfasts. Also, very near the train station so we didn't have far to struggle with luggage.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and probably should have been replaced 20 years ago. The shower was broken so that we had to hold it with one hand and wash with the other.

It was close enough to walk to most of the sites in Rome. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient. They did make extra efforts to accomodate the needs of the Wedding party I was part of.

I would not have classed it as a 4 star hotel. In the last few months I have stayed in several 3 star hotels that had more facilities and were nicer in appearance. The bathroom in particular seemed cramped especially the shower which would overflow directly on to the floor and the curtain didn't cover enough.

1) rumore esterno verso le h.06.00, a giorni alterni dovuto al camion per il cambio biancheria dell'hotel - 2) colazione ottima ma la presenza nella cesta di un intero pane a fette completamente ammufito (che personalmente ho evidenziato all'addetto di sala) non può passare inosservato in un hotel a 4 stelle

la situación en la que se encuentra ea bastante buena, rodeada de restaurantes, y la estación de termini (tren, bus y metro) a dos pasos, con lo que el traslado de un sitio a otro se hace muy facil

no es un cuatro estrellas como los de España, es algo inferior, pero de todos modos es bastante confortable
