The breakfast was great
the stuff of the Reception & The Reception & the Reception again.it was sooo Bad .
Location, staff, cleanliness
Basic rooms, dated decor and a bit shabby, terrible breakfast, no bar
Location is very convinenient.
Air conditioning was very poor, very difficult to manage in the summer heat.
very good location, very clean, breakfast was served on 7th floor (terrace) and it was really tasty. Overall we loved it !
Breakfast very good included in price. Spacious, comfortable, clean, bedroom. Lots hot water. Spacious lounge. Helpful staff Also has WiFi Close to main station, Termini, easy to get from there to da Vinci airport by bus or train. Direct service to Salerno...for those going to Amalfi coast.
Distance from main sights. Hotel could offer info on how best to get to few main sights by public transport. Some form of Info notice board in foyer would be helpful. Only one computer terminal, so can be wait to get on computer.....stressful if in a hurry and needing to print boarding pass for plane.
Breakfast in the morning was lovely
The terrace was in darkness in the evening and there were no facilities for eating apart from breakfast
Great service at front desk Excellent breakfast Helpful with airport connections
Room was clean. Location was excellent.
Impossible to connect to internet from room and even when I went down to the lobby. Staff unhelpful, asked for transport directions to the airport and given vague advice about a possible bus journey when the easiest option was by train.
noise from other rooms bathrooms (thin walls) small room
Terrace for breakfast was nice. They were accommodating with changing our booking date which was much appreciated.
The rooms are just old and have a stale smell. The carpet next to my boyfriends side of the bed was damp and probably contributed to the smell. Mould in shower. Wifi is on and off. We only stayed for a transit night so for that it was ok but wouldn't recommend staying for longer.
when we had no A/C one night
Close to major attractions and Termani, good value for money and 24 hour reception. Lovely big windows onto the street, good bar fridge (cheap mini bar!!) and nice wee ensuite. I would definitely stay there again.
Beds were in need of replacement and reception forgot to return our passports to us when we had an early check-out before taking a train down to the south of Italy. Hotel were very helpful though in organising a courier to get our passports back to us (at our expense) to our b&b in Galipolli in Puglia 3days later.
Cold shower - toilet not working - breakfast terrible
The location and breakfast on the roof terrace
Not great WiFi pretty slow
Breakfast on the Terrace
The first time I stayed here two months ago, I asked for a single room and I received a double room, not complaining about that. The wifi there didn't work, I used the wifi from the hotel across the street. This stay, I booked a double room, and received a a single room. Normally I would not mind except I had a friend staying with me. This is why I asked for a double room. The staff was unwilling to help. Was not pleased with this hotel. I won't return.
It was very close to all the sites and attractions and transport
The bathrooms are very neat and tidy but in need of a handy man to fix shower heads
The staff is not helpful and the hotel so dirty also the breakfast is so bad and old food The wi-fi can't connect Everything is bad don't think to book here
Very Convenient Great Location Hotel. Clean (No Smoke Smell)
Room was very small, dirty, dark and decorated with old furnitures. Wifi was so slow. Staff was not friendly. Breakfast was awful(for a continental breakfast). This hotel should have 2 stats at best.
Good for travel on train. Breakfast on thé roof is very nice
Very smal room
We were on our honeymoon & they gave us a beautiful room with a balcony. Awesome roof top alfresco area, fantastic location to main icons and train station and lovely rooms.
The shower head in the bathroom was extremely low and sprayed water all over the bathroom & the wifi wouldn't work unless we were sitting right next to the room door. Small issues in comparison to the positives!
Location Cleanliness of bathroom and room Breakfast
Hotel is in a very central location, close to the train station and restaurants. Staff were helpful and polite.
Room was small, shower leaked, water took forever to get hot, WiFi signal was poor, rubbish not emptied once during my 4 night stay, TV kept turning itself off. Pigeons on breakfast tables as staff did not clear tables fast enough, 'americano' coffee disgusting.
-Near the station. -Free Wi-Fi connection in the room. -The receptionists were nice.
-There were some leftover of the previous guest in the toilets. -In my friend room, there was an empty bottle in the rubbish bin from previous guest. I told the receptionist about it, they cleaned the room while we were not in the room but we could not feel comfortable after seeing this poor level of cleaning. -The bed spring was very old. -On the ground floor, the room smelled badly (maybe because of restaurant under the room).
