Wifi is weak and always out if order. Room is horrible and had to change room. Bedding is old n out of shape. Pillow out to be thrown out!! Overall disgusting!! Breakfast is horrible even the coffee!!!

the location it is vey close to the train station roma termini and the staff was very helpful and understood english, the breakfast layout was good and the rooms were big enough and the bathrooms were also big and everything was kept clean and i would definetely recommend this hotel to anyone going to rome

The location was convenient to both the Termini train station and a trip to the Colliseum. Great Murano glass shop across the street for gifts.

We booked a single room based on the picturing showing a double bed. It was indeed a single bed so they changed the room when we arrived and charged too much more. The bed was old and uncomfortable and it seemed liked a last resort.

I liked that the hotel was walking distance from the train station.

The desk people were rude. I was treated very badly when I refused to leave my passport at the desk and directed to go to my room and pick it up later. I was told that my bags would be kept securely after check out...they were left unattended in the lobby on the floor and I was not questioned when I went to pick them up. The bed was extremely uneven and I almost fell off to the other side when I got in. This place is terrible.

I liked everything about the hotel.

Perfect location, close to train station and able to walk to all the main attractions in Rome. Lovely roof top terrace to have breakfast.

Room is a bit dated but still clean.

The location was excellent in terms of its proximity to the train station. I just needed a place to stay for one day in Rome between flights, so the location was very convenient. The breakfast was very good as well.

This is an old hotel without much charm. The lift is slow, and you have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to the lift. Not a place I would want to stay in for long.

They gave us a fabulous room for three adults. The breakfast was more than ample.

The room could have been cleaner. I am confused by the 4* designation given to hotels these days. If 4* is just below 5* the distance must be immeasurable.

(1)There is no electric kettle. (2)No supply of amenity (tea cup,soap etc..) from 2nd night. (3)Reception guy is not friendly.He was terrible.

The receptinist is not frriendly even though they are giving professional service. Noisy

Just stayed for one night, so I didn't have time to really appreciate it. OK breakfast, staff were nice and WiFi was fast.

perfect location; very close to termini rail station. the day desk clerk was super. a clean, inviting atmosphere. will stay there again

the pillow was dreadful, rather like trying to sleep on sack of potatoes. the location of the sink made for a very difficult entry into the shower.

WiFi connection in my room was unreliable, I had to get out of my room into the corridor for a stable connection.

Lack of cleanliness and inadequate room size.

We did like the location very much so, also the terrace.

The cleanleness of our bedroom was not great, also a very strong smell of sewage, I have complaint twice and nothing was done. Not sure why there is no bar service with some drinks available for people to enjoy the beautiful terrace.

The hotel location was ideal for sightseeing. The roof-top area was also pleasant when open.

I tried to order coffee in the afternoon but was made feel like it was too much trouble. Breakfast coffee was undrinkable and I had to clear our own breakfast table of other people cups, cutlery and plates as there were no clean tables.

The room is nice and clean, The breakfast is excellent.

My room (419) was small but adequate, the bathroom, sheets and towels pleasantly clean. The free wifi service and tv worked well. The breakfast selection was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, just minutes from Roma Termini and with the Colosseum just a walk away down Via Cavour.

Tiny, tired room. Between 11pm and 2am it was extremely noisy in the street my balcony overlooked and I had trouble sleeping. The noise started again at 6am.
