Sparkling clean Good nights sleep Spacious room

Very convenient for the station, Pisa Centrale. A good clean room, smart bathroom, efficient staff. Breakfast simple but good served by a hardworking receptionist!

+ It is very close to the train station in Pisa, a 2 min walk. + the staff is present 24/7, speaks English and is very nice and helpful. + free wi-fi in the rooms, strong signal. + the breakfast was ok, a bit sweet and no meat, but they had milk with cereals, juices and good pastries.

- the hair dryer was broken. - the bathroom did have a water draining hole, but it was a bit elevated, so you had to push or scoop the water towards it after you showered.

Close to railway station, close to city center with all touristic attractions, quite calm despite close distance to the main station, very helpful and nice staff.

I stopped looking for an interesting TV channel having skipped over 100 Italian ones... :) Breakfast could be better.

Room a little small and is very close to the neighbouring building and therefore lacked some privacy.

Good location, close to the train station. Lots of food locations nearby. Super friendly and helpful staff. Within a 20-30 minute walk from the Leaning Tower. Had a late checkout time of 1200.

Got a little noisy the one night we were there due to traffic passing through the area, not sure if it is always that noisy.

Wifi was great and it was free . Although the check out was at noon and our flight was late in the evening. They offer to us to leave the luggages in the hotel. It was great cause we enjoyed our stay to the full.

The breakfast area was too small. And during breakfast the receptionist has to do everything lift Jack of all trades. But on whole everything went good.

The hotel was great for many reasons. First of all it is near to train station, it is clean and quiet. The staff is excellent, very helpful. The breakfast is simple but very nice. Very fast check in and check out. I strongly recommend it and I would stay there again.

A bit small shower and made a mess every time we had a shower. Everything else excellent!

Miserable staff and chaotic breakfast.

The breackfast was good. It was close to the railway station, 15 min walking to the airport. A Plus for the elevator, for the safebox and minibar.

We were expecting something different when we booked the room, but we found out that the room was small, the window locker was not working and the neighborhood was noisy.The bathroom needed renovation. Far (20 min) from the point of interest (Piazza dei Miracoli).

Location is the best part of the hotel. Its very close to central station and about 20 mins walk to leaning tower.

Only one lady managing the front office reception and the morning breakfast to the guests. There needs to be more variety to the breakfast.

This hotel was perfect for what we wanted in terms of it being so close to the Bus/Train station as we were travelling around Tuscany. Great base and friendly staff. Room was cleaned /fresh towels daily. Breakfast was good, typical continental, croissants were good!

There was nothing I did not like about this Hotel!

Receptionist was very friendly. Offered us maps and allowed us to take a very early breakfast.

The room was much smaller than the pictures make out. Room was tidy but not exactly clean. Walls were full of marks and you could see the hotel was beginning to age a little. The window "View" was of some neighbouring shops roof, so that was ugly

Liked the ease of the hotel. It was friendly and functional and ticked all our requirements. We only stayed one night whilst passing through to the airport. We were recommended a great restaurant by Andreas close to the leaning tower. both were about a 20 minute walk through the city.

No negatives, don't go expecting a grand hotel, its a 3 star and is a little basic but the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly/helpful and the breakfast simple but filling.

The hotel is very weel located just next to the train station and from a short walk of the famous tower. The staff is effective and helpful. The rooms are not very large but confortable and clean. Very nice breakfast.

Friendly staff and atmosphere. Very close to train/bus station, shops and restaurants . Walking distance from Leaning Tower. Highly recommended.

We have stayed here several times when passing through Pisa, the location is very convenient for the station and the town. Rooms are a good size, comfortable, clean and well maintained. The same staff greet us on arrival and reception is friendly. Breakfast is typical fare and an adequate start to the day.

The location was really good. 2 minute walk from the main train station and the airport shuttle bus. About a 30 minute walk though to the Leaning Tower. Room was really clean and was nice to have a little mini bar in the room. Staff very helpful. There is no parking but you can park outside the hotel for about an hour so that you can unload your luggage and check in. It was quiet at night here too. We dont know what the breakfast is like as we were leaving at 5am for our flight.

We didnt like the shower, it was tiny! It also only had a shower curtain so therefore the whole bathroom was covered in water but at least they had provided towels specifically drying it up. This was the only problem we had.
