Hotelul Traiano are o locaţie centrală în Civitavecchia şi oferă un serviciu gratuit de transfer la port. Spaţiile de cazare moderne au aer condiţionat, TV prin satelit şi minibar. Spaţiile de cazare sunt spaţioase şi confortabile. Apartamentele au chicinetă utilată complet. Hotelul Traiano oferă parcare gratuită şi este disponibil un serviciu de transfer la aeroportul din Fiumicino, la cerere şi la un cost suplimentar. The staff were very helpful in advance by email and answered questions quickly and efficiently. They helped arrange transportation from the airport, to dinner that night, and to the cruise ship in the morning. Their warm friendliness contributed to our enjoyment of the hotel.

excellent facilities for a mature family offering 3-4 individuals rooms in an apartment style. excellent as a pre-cruise location, we normally stay in room the night before and would not be able to get such useful facilities for a group at the same price. decent breakfast and a very efficient free drop off to the cruise terminal. wasn't important but the location didn't seem to offer much in the way of shops or restaurants. taxi to the hotel was 15 euros for 4 from the railway sation.

We used this hotel for the night before our cruise. They provided a shuttle service to the ship. Good value for the money. Clean, large rooms, free internet, and breakfast.

Staff friendly; comfortable room and not at all noisy; fairly good value for money; provided free shuttle bus to cruise port Not really any restaurants close by - had to walk for about 20 minutes to get down to the waterside and main tourist area. We had booked a room with a bath but on arrival were given a room with a shower. I didn't complain as we were just staying one night.

Great hotel for a pre cruise. Free shutle to the port. The area looks alittle rough but its not. Grocery store 1 block away sells wine. The water front is about a 15 min walk.

We stayed here the night before a cruise. Hotel offerred collection from the airport e140 for 5 people and luggage. Hotel was clean and staff friendly Free transfer to cruise ship. It is about 20 minute walk to the Civitavecchia centre and a bit further to beach / reataurants.

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. It is a bit of a walk to beach but not too bad. Easy to get lost with maze of streets but you get your bearings after a while.Taxi to or from hotel are rip off. Family appartment is perfect, very spacious.

The front desk clerk was really helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was plentiful and great...cheeses, meats, good coffee, fresh eggs,cereals and fruits.Beds comfortable and clean...rooms sparse but nice terrace and good A/C.Family studio had lots of room and could sleep 6 easily. Easy walk to dining and short ride (included) to cruiseport.

I loved that they offer a roundtrip shuttle to and from the cruise ship. This makes the transfer easy and economical. The shuttle van was the nicest vehicle of our entire European trip. They also offered a shuttle to their sister hotel so that we could enjoy dinner. We liked the variety on the menu and the food was good. The best part was that we could eat outdoors and watch the sunset. The location was relatively quiet. The location was not as convenient as I would have liked. I would have preferred to be closer to the beach.

Book Traiano Hotel with booking.com one day stay before our cruise on Costa Serena, nice to stay , hotel very clean the receptionist is very polite helpful, speak English well easy to understand us, room clean and very spacious, breakfast nice the croissant cake delicious,supply free shuttle to port cruise.
