Hotel Tre ArchiCannaregio 923, Cannaregio, 30121 Venice (Show map) Good, Score from 197 reviews“The hotel was very clean. Hotel staff were very friendly , helpful and always smiling . The rooms reflectted the theme of venice and were more than expected for what we paid.”

The hotel is set in completely restored Venetian 18th century palace which maintains its original charm and style. Overlooking the Cannareggio canal, the Tre Archi is next to the namesake bridge. The Cannareggio Sestiere is a very central residential neighborhood yet featuring the magic ambiance of the Venetian canals, with all the major landmarks close by, including the celebrated Saint Mark Square. The area is also scattered with convenient shops, restaurants and venues attended mainly by locals. The Tre Archi will impress you right from the start, with its typical first-floor entrance lounge, featuring original 18th century ceiling and enriched with precious decorations and a gorgeous Murano chandelier. In such an atmosphere you will find the reception and a small bar. The property, refurbished by skilled artisan masters, combines antique Venetian style with all modern comforts and boasts a lush refreshing garden, a rare treat in central of Venice. Hotel Rooms: 24

To leave... Ants in the room, non-working bathroom equipment and when staff was told about it they didn't seemed especially surprised about the problem, but no discount was offered for the problems...

Cleanlessness - cistoca We booked a double room with a bathroom, but we got a rooftop hole that had so low ceeling that we constantly hit our head in the ceeling - and we arent evebn that tall !!!! Other rooms seemed better, but not on the ground floor, cuz it smelled (even on the hallway) a bit badly!!

Away from the tourist crowd with others small canels to explore. And the big plus of having the Vaporetto stop right outside the hotel entrance. An old style hotel [no lifts] which has the feel of having been around for centurys. Not your Holiday Inn but very much Italian. We shall be back in the autumn with all our 10 grandchildren! We loved it but probably not to everyones taste Very clean. Breakfast ok..

Good location, only a short walk to the train station, shops/markets. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quite charming. No lift so the climb up the stairs with our bags was tough but we are getting used to that now!

Only one good thing and that was that it had a water taxi stop at the front door. The hotel room was small and smelly and not too clean. Old tv did not work well.

Perfect value for money. We enjoyed very much. If we go Venezia again this hotel will be our choice. Ten minutes to train station on foot. Very clean, comfortable, peaceful hotel. Best breakfast in Italy. We have seen at Italy many hotels give only crossiants and biscuits as breakfast, but you can find butter, cheese at this hotel. Thanks for everything.

The hotel was well located in the city of Venice, our room overlooked the Cannareggio canal, and the vaporetta no. 52 stopped outside the door. It was only a 3 minute walk to the train station. It was a lovely walk to the Rialto or St Marks, excellent location. The staff were a bit aloof and not very helpful, the breakfast was a bit sparse and they ran out of fresh croissants before the last of our party could get one. The room was quite prretty but very overheated and the bathroom was very basic.

The most important is location. It is easy to find the hotel (which can be a problem in Venice), its close to the Railway station. The hotel stuff was nice. Breakfast was also good. The room was very small, even tiny.

Quiet location in historical area. Public boat transportation right outside the door. Helpful staff. Our room was very small but we knew that ahead of time from reading reviews. Having a window on the canal made up for it.

The room was clean, the receptionist was helpful. Enjoyed the night. Far from center, just at the end of the street with dead end to the open sea. awful breakfast, even no bread at nine o'clock. The serving lady had no English at all. We had to use sign language. We paid a lot of money but left the hotel hungry. İ would recommend the hotel if you are not uncomfortable wih these comments.

The vaporetto stop was in fron of the hotel door! It is a disgrace for a hotel to treat a family with three children in such a way. A room for two persons was filled with beds in order to accomodate 5 persons. They even removed the desk and a chair in order to fit 5 persons inside. In fact in this was they turned a 3 star hotel into a no star hotel. I would certainly request my money back because they did not deserve my payment, Breakfast was very poor, just the basic food and drink choices. I have had better breakfast in lower quality hotels.

The rooms were very clean and the air conditioning was wonderful. Very quiet yet convenient location. The staff was not very friendly. They could not speak English? We asked if we could at least have coffee before we left in the morning at 7:30, since breakfast was not until 8:00, we were assured yes: coffee, juice and buns before we left. Very disappointed, only have a glass of juice ... paid for but did not receive breakfast. I would like to ask the hotel for a refund for 6 breakfasts, since we did not receive any.

It's on the canal in a very quiet area! And still close to San Marco square and the restaurants. No elevator! Poor breakfast! A bit far from the St.Lucia by walking, but the water bus r available every 20min.

The Hotel is well located, close to Santa Lucia Train Station but far enough away from the bustle of Venice to be quiet, especially at night. The back garden is a good retreat in summer for reading and relaxation. The room was rather cramped and the breakfast might have included a little more variety and imagination. Wireless internet service should be included in the price, or, at least, be easier to access.

Rooms were clean. Provided a breakfast. Close to water bus stop. Was off the beaten track so was quiet location. Air conditioning worked great. Room was crowded for the 4 of us. Thankfully we had left 2 suitcases in the car. Had to take the toilet paper off the holder to be comfortable on the toilet. Tv did not work. Could not use the internet in the bedroom.

The location of Hotel Tre Archi was wonderful. We had easy access to all of Venice and the water taxi to the airport was only a five minute walk away. The breakfast was also excellent. We are a family of 5 so we were in a crowded room - which is not the fault of Tre Archi, but of my pocketbook! One of the beds was quite uncomfortable.
