Good staff

Better guidance is required for local transportation / taxi. I was charged Eur 45 for airport but the actual taxi meter was Eur 32.00. This is not expected from a hotel.

An excellent location. A clean and warm room.

Pictures of the rooms on the website were not true for us. The triple room in the attic was very small, with no view at all - the roof windows placed too high - out of reach. Bathroom extra tiny. Don't stay for breakfast (no fresh fruits)!

Great location right on canal with bus stop at door. Restaurants shopping close by.

Very good location, very close to the train and bus station and away from the noisy hordes of tourists that flood Venice. Nevertheless, walking to the city center and main tourist sights is not tiring at all and also the Vaporetto stop is just outside the door (for those who don't like walking). The room and the entire hotel was decorated in the old Venetian style, as are all hotels in the city I suspect so if you are into more modern architectural designs, choose another city...The overall experience in the hotel was good and of course Venice was fantastic!

Only the quality of the breakfast was a bit of a negative spot, but that's not enough to spoil your holidays. I mean you visit Venice not for the breakfast offered in the hotel, right?

It's not very far from the main train station of Venizia. You can take public boat 42 or walk to the hotel through an exciting route, full of shops and restaurants. The hotel is just in front of boat stop of 41 and 42. It's quite and comfortable. It's worth price to stay on the main island.

The triple room is bit small than our expectation and breakfast buffet doesn't have much choice. It will be nice to have eggs and sausages.

Very close to railway station and public transportation. Very quite.

Many steps to go to your room. No elevator. May difficult for long stays. We just stayed for one night so it wasn't a problem for us.

some what far from the square.. but not to bad if you don't mind walking..

good quality rooms at a great price a nice laid back location as well which I greatly appreciated, but not too far from anything.

there was a slight problem with the shower leaking, but not majorly enough to be of any real concern or cause for complaint

The staff was very friendly! The room was a great value! It's very close to all touristic places and not far from the Train and bus stations! Vaporetto stop is just infront of the hotel - 2 steps!

Lift would be an advantage. Breakfast is not very rich for international standard, but good for Italian standard

Lovely and very handy location, and venetian decor, welcoming staff. Charming, small and unusual.

The room was very small, but we had a big roof terrace overlooking the canal which was great. I lost my shoes from the hotel - not sure how.

The hotel is nice - rooms are clean and in classic Venice stile = The hotel is nice - rooms are clean and in classic Venice stile = everything suppose to look at leat 300 years old :) Breakfast could be better but anyway you can survive on it until noon. Location is very handy – just next to water bus and from train station it’s about 15 min walk. Very easy to find! And fyi... There are mosquitos.

basic hotel within 20 mins walking distance to central Venice. Hotel was pretty noisy due to other guests and the room was a bit cramp but all in all it was ok.
