Zanhotel Tre Vecchi  

We stayed at the hotel for the second time in 2 weeks and are very satisfied with all the staff, location and surrounding eataries will definitly return

The receptionists were very helpful and friendly and provided maps and directions and also suggested good restaurants

The breakfast could have been better although the staff were always willing to provide anything that was not on display E.G. toast or hot chocolate.

Room needs upgrading especially the bathroom

I have stayed at Tre Vecchi in the past and it is ideally located between Maggoire and the train station so it is perfect. The hotel is of a good standard and worth its 4 star rating the staff are very helpful and it is kept to an very clean and the room are very good. Breakfast is served in a wonderful area in the lower ground floor and the staff are always very attentive.

I suppose I go when the trade show is on and as such the hotel is rather expensive but I would not sacrifice quality for a budget, out of town hotel. So as I am there only 2 or 3 nights it worth that bit extra

The location of ZanHotel is excellent in the middle of independent street a very good place for shopping and exploring the old city of Bologna, tha hotel staff very polite and cooperative.

Internet service is payed not free, breakfast restaurant in the basement of the hotel and poor regarding 4 star hotel and the rooms are small or at least the room that i received

Very good location. The entrance of the hotel and the living room is really nice. The porters were very helpful.

The stuff was very good but they should be smiling more. I stayed in two different rooms. In the first one, the bathroom smelled chlorine and the second room had the smell of a room that was closed for two months.There is no lift to the breakfast room which can be a problem to people with impaired mobility.

We are a family with two children from Cyprus and stayed at the hotel for three nights. We were very pleased with the service of the staff and the hotel. The hotel's design was very very nice and epecially the rooms, they were very large and comfortable. The bathroom was very modern and clean . The hotel in general and our room was vey very clean. The hotel's location is excellent, 5 minute walk from the train station and right in the center near many shops. Breakfast was more than adequate. We would definately stay there again and also recomend it to others.
