i loved the hotel, the staff, the buffet breadfast. i loved the central city location. you need to have a very, very detailed map/directions to get to the hotel. but it wa worth it. thank you |

Hotel was pretty warn down and bad standard for the price, for example no warm water several days and problems with air condition. |

My room was very quiet and in the center of the city. Bathroom was excellent , altough a lttle v bit sad due to poor lighting. |

Location We arrived in a rainny night and nobody helped us to discharge our luggage from the car. The staff of the reception wasn't kind. The room was old and looks dirty and the air conditioner had a leak of water that puts all the floor wet. This hotel surely is not a 4 star category! |

The location of the hotel was perfect, a stroll away from the very centre of Bologna, the rooms were comfortable and clean with air conditioning. The bathroom was very clean, and the shower was great. The hotel is not modern in decor, but this does not take away from the comfort and atmosphere of the hotel and its great location. Breakfast was great, good choice, especially lovely cakes! |

Wij hadden eerst een minder goede kamer maar mits een eenvoudige vraag werd het probleem onmiddellijk opgelost, hadden vervolgens een merkelijk betere kamer, volledig naar onze wens. Ontbijt ook zeer verzorgd en voldoende uitgebreid. |
