Zanhotel Tre Vecchi  

I have stayed at Tre Vecchi in the past and it is ideally located between Maggoire and the train station so it is perfect. The hotel is of a good standard and worth its 4 star rating the staff are very helpful and it is kept to an very clean and the room are very good. Breakfast is served in a wonderful area in the lower ground floor and the staff are always very attentive.

I suppose I go when the trade show is on and as such the hotel is rather expensive but I would not sacrifice quality for a budget, out of town hotel. So as I am there only 2 or 3 nights it worth that bit extra

I liked its location, breakfast and furnishings!

Two things: a/c did not work properly and it was really hot, then I got to know that the a/c at the tre vecchi are sub a/c of the Hotel Regina which is the next door Hotel that s why they are not powerful. Secondly: The receptionist !!!!!!!!!Really rude,his name was Roberto...He does not know how to say goodbye nor goodnight, he did not event want to tell me how much was the stay per head! He said I need to divide the whole amount by three! (Hilarious)!i had to do it myself using my calculator. Nothing more to add!

but the smell of smoke in the room - this is one bad

I had to wait for the personnel to help with parking place for 20 min

Location is conveniently near the railway station and the city centre, and on the airport bus route. Staff friendly. Rooms comfortable. Good buffet breakfast.

At the discount price we paid, this was good value - but I think I should have felt the full price too much. This is a very decent, comfortable and friendly hotel, but not, I'd've thought, a four-star one.

The receptionist, especially at the check-in - pretty rude guy, I was standing next to his counter for at least 20 minutes, without him noticing me and my family! Not a word, not a look; he said afterwards that he was busy...oh, come on! And let the clients wait undefinitely the room without proper natural lighting - you have to stay all day long with the electric light on... And it was a sunny wheater kitchy furnishing all over the place, except the breakfast room

Comfortable room right in the centre of Bologna.

The airconditioning was very noisy and didn't seem to cool. Breakfast was very simple for a **** hotel.

Tre Vecchi is an easy walk from the train station (1 km.). There is no need to hail a cab. Simply walk down Indepenca and it's on your left.

10 mins walk from bgy bergamo airport. Friendly staff all used to rapid check out. Very clean too. Gay friendly

The location of ZanHotel is excellent in the middle of independent street a very good place for shopping and exploring the old city of Bologna, tha hotel staff very polite and cooperative.

Internet service is payed not free, breakfast restaurant in the basement of the hotel and poor regarding 4 star hotel and the rooms are small or at least the room that i received

The interior decoration is too "fancy" for my test. Keep it simple.
