Staff was very helpful, and the location was good. Curtains looked very dirty. Overall - except for the bathroom and the bed sheets- didn't look very clean. |

The sweet, kind, cheerful lady at the front desk and, I gather, her son who looks like a lad stepped down from a Caravaggio Double-glazing the windows would take care of the noise. Wifi is also recommended--a very small investment that simplifies one's travel a great deal. |

It was really cheap and completely lovely!!!! We had no idea what to expect but were really surprised!!! Perugia is absolutely lovely and we wished that we had stayed more than two nights!!!! We would definitely go back!!!!!! |

Charming, quaint hotel ideally located for visiting the old part of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff - excellent value for money. Somewhat difficult to find, and difficult to get a taxi close to. |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, aardig hotel op prachtig punt in het historische centrum van Perugia. Nadeel: we hadden een kamer aan de voorzijde, en dat was tot middernacht rumoerig vanwege een bar tegenover het hotel. |

Cortesia del titolare, vicinanza al centro, possibilità di girare in ZTL grazie allo speciale permesso rilasciato dall'hotel. E' un hotel non da due ma da una stella: camera poco curata, muri sporchi e scrostati in alcuni punti, mancanza del bidet che è tutt'uno col water, bagno piccolo, doccia piccola. Ventilatore molto rumoroso. Colazione spartana, poco assortimento e per lo più confezionato (incluse le 2 torte del mulino bianco), però buon cappuccino da bar. Le scale che dalla hall portano alle camere sono ricoperte da un tappeto rosso vecchissimo, sporco e mal fissato ai gradini; inoltre la struttura interna come muri e infissi sono fatiscenti e da curare meglio. Rumore di alcune automobili particolarmente fastidioso alla mattina. |
