location, size of the room , cleanliness
breakfast was a little bit poor
The ensuite bathroom toilet didn't work. Ok, show me where the alternative is. But the tap in the sink just continutally ran making the wet area uncomfortably humid.
+few minutes away from milano centrale +some tv channel +street is busy in morning and peaceful at night +if u need a place to stay just for a night where u can just sleep and have bath, this is ok. but if u are particular with the toilet and the facilities.. u shouldnt go here.
-staff not friendly -no adaptor for their sockets -anyway sockets are not working -toilet. yeah get used to showering beside the wc
When we arrived the staff helped carry one case upstairs. That is the only thing we liked about this hotel.
Almost everything. Water leaked from toilet on bathroom floor, first a trickle then a flood, notified staff in the morning, they said they would look into it. On returning to hotel, bathroom floor still flooded. Again spoke to staff, they moped it up. In the morning water was leaking again. Shower filthy. Breakfast was not appealing at all. The money was taken out when we booked, which was 5 weeks before we arrived. Would not recommend this hotel - look for somewhere else, there were plenty hotels nearby, if only we knew then.
If you need to be near the station and do not have a lot of money. Great location. Included breakfast. The facility itself was clean
The room still smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. Possibly smoking at the desk and or in the lounge. The building is in need or repair. my room had a leak in ceiling and pealing plaster as well as a leak in the bathroom. There was also a leak in the ceiling of the dining room. I am not sure if the leak in my room is from outside or the showers upstairs. Rather disturbing...
It's fine if you need to go to the central a lot and only come back to the hotel to sleep. It's just a little simple room
The breakfast is really bad, only have cereals....
Price is reasonable
Room is small, location is a bit far from the station
The first time, the beds were uncomfortable, but the second time they were good. The stairs are difficult, but the staff extremely helpful
The Location of this hotel is good near the station and a few minutes walk from the attractions in Milan, the hotel is surprisingly clean, and the towels are changed every day.
This hotel needs updating badly, it is very much like the 70s, I think that was the last time in was decorated, the main problem is that you have to have the windows shut at night, as the nosie from the road is so load it keeps you awake.
Receptionist, dirty and bad smell room.
Was close to the central station
Was not at all like the pictures suggested, mattress quality was lower than in Russia (what definitely means sth.), the room had nothing that makes you feel home, I would feel ashamed offering such a room to guests.
The location was excellent, easy for transport links. The family who run the hotel were very friendly and spoke English.
The facilities were extremely basic and the sparse Continental breakfast was not to our taste.
Location, cleanliness, 24 hour reception, vicinitiy of good restaurants and cafés, affordable price, big TV, good writing desk.
Noise (but you can live with it), slow internet.
Room lacked a few things, namely TV, being told that my room had no reception. No curtain on the windows so there was light all the time, including at night. Staff excellent as was breakfast items.
The staff were friendly and helpful, willing to provide breakfast earlier than usual to help with my onward journey, and facilitating a relaxed atmosphere.
A spacious room with all what you may need for a short stay. A spacious and clean bathroom with a comfy shower. Very friendly and helpful management. Continental breakfast suitable.
The price prevent me from any complaint... Only one suggestion: in England hotels of the same level always offer a cattle with coffee and tea and sometimes a quick ironing machine for trousers.
standard, beer in hotel costed 5E while in a nice bar on the main street - 3,5E-4,5E
location, breakfast, clean towels every day
dirty walls, a lot of mosquitoes
The girl that clean the rooms, very helpful
The old man that works there is not a person that makes you to feel confortable. I even see a hard discusion with another traveler that was in the hotel. The breakfast is not so good, but it works.
Vicino alla stazione
I don't really like being negative but damp, mouldy walls, with that smell you dont want to sleep with. To be fair we didn't bother asking for a different room, mainly because we doubted the result would be worth the effort. Pick somewhere else.
close to metro private bathroom
no WiFi Mosquito in the room
Location was very convenient to the train station, public transport and shops. Room size was reasonable and staff were polite.
Hotel advertised air conditioning but on arrival we found the unit in the room didn't work. When we asked to have the remote to turn it on we were told it didn't work. The toilet flush button leaked so the floor in the bathroom was continually wet. The window latch was broken so the window couldn't be closed properly which meant it was very noisy all night. The latch for the wooden shutters did work but was damaged. The stairs up to the room were narrow and steep. Luckily we were only on the first floor. Given the price and star rating we were expecting the basics only, but expected air conditioning as it was advertised and we didn't expect broken facilities in the room. Disappointing as with a little effort this hotel could be so much better.
very good location enough clean for this price per night it is very a good variant in Milan very nice and plasant staff of the hotel i will surely come back there!!
my window was on the inside garden side. and almost every morining a car was coming to take a garbadge from the boxes. sometimes it was difficult to sleep because of noise of this car.
Cheap price and the location.
They asked me to pay 5€/night for WiFi! It should be free! And the night receptionist is rude.
