Hotel is pretty close from Historic Area and 10 minutes walking from Central Station - so, really excelent in this perspective. Hotel Personnel kind and efficient . Good Breakfast . They have free bikes for Clients -we do not use as we really want to walk around but it is a good way also to visit this wonderful town

The fact that room was not quite clean at the check-in - but the situation was completely solved after our claim in the Reception.

Wi-fi is unsearchable.

The hotel has good location just few minutes from city center on the main street, but there is no noise in the room and perfect view to down town from our room. The triple room has normal size, enough for three people. Very good breakfast.

The only inconvenience is the specific design of bathroom. In our room the wash-basin was not separated from bed room! There are two different tiny cabins: for lavatory and for shower, which are made from non-transparent glass. It is ok for couple, but may be not so good for friends.

Good location, nice breakfast. Quiet. Apparently some of the rooms have been renovated and others not, which is not something you can see when you book your room on this site. I would recommend this hotel for shorter stays.

Great staff. Helpful courteous, took time to explain the city on the map and attractions/ resaurants. Made exploring easier. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome.

Convenient location between Stazione Verona Porta Nuova and Centro Storico. Friendly. Helpful staff and modern, spacious accommodation. Excellent selections for breakfast included in the tariff.

WiFi internet access was not reliable in hotel room. Beds not very comfortable.

Materials used at the room. A lot of glass used at the room. The glass in the room made the impressioin of a larger room than what really is!! Value for money breakfast.

The Hotel Verona could not be in a better location for exploring Verona. The staff was very friendly, both on check in, as well as communications prior to arrival, such as arranging parking reservations. Parking is secured, although tight in a small SUV. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The staff was very helpful. I left my daughters passport in the hotel room. They located the passport and offered to mail it to me.

Although the staff is very friendly and the location is great, the hotel is very pricy for the in room amenities.
