The reception staff were extremely helpful and helped me with a tarnsport matter. They could not been more helpful. The room cleanliness was also very good. Accessibility to room during day was always there. The chairs scraped on the floor in the breakfast room!! Not a complaint. Just a design feature that may be looked at. |

Free afternoon refreshments, free use of bicycles and access to the internet were excellent. The staff spoke good english, said the right things in a mecanical way but were not naturally welcoming. We were marched to a room a few doors away in an office block. The room was good, but the building felt a little strange, and had there been a problem during the night, I would have felt uncomfortable being there. We were not advised in advance that we would not be in the main hotel, and no enquiry or apology was made on arrival, we were just marched of with a "follow me"!! |

Pretty much everything. The staff was great, the breakfast a feast, the sheets sparkling clean, the towels new and white, the decor appealing, the location perfect, the valet service a smile, the response to queries unwavering. Highly enjoyable stay, most recommended hotel. If there was anything, I can't remember! |

The family room we booked was spacious and comfortable with sliding doors to make 2 bedrooms, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful and it was in a good location for the opera Our room was on the 6th floor and the lift only went up to the 5th floor |

I liked the hotel because it was conveniently located within walking distance of all the major attractions in Verona and yet it was not very noisy or crowded. We booked a four persons suite in the hotel but was given a two persons suite with two extra beds so in fact it was a Quad room! |

The Verona is a lively modern hotel set in the middle of a beautiful mountain town. Our room was very nicely furnished and had a balcony looking out onto the river and the beautiful countryside. The staff were all very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The town has something for everyone - great shops, historical churches and castle, mountain views and plenty of outdooe activities including thermal spa. Our stay was all too short but we left with great memories and would love to come back. |

Expensive, but a lovely hotel right in the centre of Verona, made exploring the city on foot a pleasure. Rooms very modern and clean, with small balcony. Break fast room a bit claustrophobic, located one floor down, due to the small size of the hotel, . |

The room was excellent as was the proximity to Piazza Bra and the Arena. The balcony offering good views over Verona was an unexpected bonus. Our room was in a new part of the hotel in the next building and the shower pressure was very low. Our air conditioning was also not working properly but was fixed after we complained. |

The hotel has an excellent location, the staff was wonderful and very helpful, breakfast was very good and the room is comfortable and very clean. They offer you services like internet for free while every other hotel where we stayed during our one month trip in Italy charged you at crazy rates as 10 Euros an hour. They have bikes for their guests to tour Verona, also free of charge, and this is an excellent way to enjoy this beautiful little town. Excelent value. |

Pleasant rooms, meeting and breakfast areas, with better than average choices for breakfast. Great to have coffee/tea service. Rooms smallish, but with high ceilings, and bathrooms spotless, with large showers, and hair dryers. Made use of the free bicycle, with many thanks! New air conditioning system not working, and made for hot room. Window opened to noisy street. Sheets were wonderful, but the pillows were thin and rather hard. |

Hotel Armando is located in the heart of the historic centre of Verona, only 500 metres away from the Roman Arena where the Opera season takes place every summer. |
Start you day with breakfast out on the terrace at Novo Hotel Rossi, close to Verona Station. Take one of the free bikes and cycle into the historic centre. |
Just 30 metres from the Arena and Piazza Brà, Hotel Milano is set in Veronas historic centre, within walking distance from the Palazzo della Gran Guardia (100 metres). |
The B4 Verona Leon d’Oro by Boscolo offers a convenient shuttle to/from the Opera. Verona Porta Nuova Railway Station is within walking distance. |
