Especially the location was very good. It was calm and not noisy. We liked it very much..The room was quite small though.. Small rooms..

The location is perfect - close both to the station and the main sights and shops. The staff is excellent, very professional and friendly. Breakfast is good enough. Room is small a bit, bit it's ok. Сomfortable bed, linen, toilet and shower facilities are clean. Will stay there again.

The biggest advantage is localization, close to Arena. Quality of room was average, there was some small deficiencies like broken feeder tissues.

Very convenient location, between the Verona Porta Nuovo train station and The Arena, but closer to The Arena. Easy walk from station. Modern rooms with a designer touch. Balcony, comfortable bed and pillows. Beautiful bathroom with white fluffy towels. Very good breakfast. Fresh & canned fruit, muesli and cereals, boiled eggs, cheese, ham, pastries. Efficient staff.

Very nice building and staff. Our floor was newly renovated and everything was very modern and super clean. Considering the pricing of other local hotels, this was an outstanding value.

Very comfortable hotel to stay in. Just a 10 min walk from the railway station and a 5 min walk to the center (Piazza Bra with the famous Arena di Verona). Very helpful, friendly staff, always ready and eager to help and please their guests. The breakfast is also very good and sufficient. Next time I go to Verona I will definitely stay there.

Nice hotel and has been updated. Great location within easy walking distance of all main attractions. Parking available at cost but it is parked for you. Nice breakfast, not a huge selection, but quite acceptable.

Very helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to assist with train travel and car hire. We stayed in the ground floor annex next door to the hotel which was very spacious and pleasant. The location close to the Teatro Filarmonico made it easy for us to go to a concert. There are free hotel bikes so it's easy to travel to the north end of the city. Thoroughly recommended The lift stops at floor 5 so avoid booking a room on floor 6 if you have heavy bags.

Friendly staff, modern room style. Small balcony was bonus. Breakfast was good. Forgot to bring fresh toiletries. Safe in room didn't work properly, had to get it fixed twice (on a 2 night stay). Bed clothes a bit worn out.

We loved the modern design and amenities of this hotel. It was a nice balance to our other more traditional hotels. Our quad room and bathroom were very large and quiet, with heated floors. Excellent European breakfast. Friendly staff. Fantastic location. Park car in lot next door and walk everywhere. The wifi did not work well in the room but did work in the lobby.

The hotel has good location just few minutes from city center on the main street, but there is no noise in the room and perfect view to down town from our room. The triple room has normal size, enough for three people. Very good breakfast. The only inconvenience is the specific design of bathroom. In our room the wash-basin was not separated from bed room! There are two different tiny cabins: for lavatory and for shower, which are made from non-transparent glass. It is ok for couple, but may be not so good for friends.

Great staff. Helpful courteous, took time to explain the city on the map and attractions/ resaurants. Made exploring easier. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome.

Convenient location between Stazione Verona Porta Nuova and Centro Storico. Friendly. Helpful staff and modern, spacious accommodation. Excellent selections for breakfast included in the tariff. WiFi internet access was not reliable in hotel room. Beds not very comfortable.

The Hotel Verona could not be in a better location for exploring Verona. The staff was very friendly, both on check in, as well as communications prior to arrival, such as arranging parking reservations. Parking is secured, although tight in a small SUV. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The staff was very helpful. I left my daughters passport in the hotel room. They located the passport and offered to mail it to me. Although the staff is very friendly and the location is great, the hotel is very pricy for the in room amenities.
