It's close to M2 subway...convenient transportation. Air conditioning didn't work, and internet also didn't work. |

very nice hotel, just beside metro station; staff friendly and they cleaned my room every day, room clean and cosy, there was a tv, fridge, hairdryer... I really liked the hotel. the only thing which I found weird and uncomfortable was that my shower didn't have a door or curtain, so half of my bathroom got wet when I was taking a shower. |

The hotel is located VERY close to the subway and the area has a more local Italian feel to it than downtown Milano. |

Metro station is 1 minute away. Good option for a city trip. The hotel was just an option to rest after exploring the city, nothing special... Poor breakfast. |

the price I think it is for Italy, I can't have guests in my room. And nobody informed me the difference between the included breakfast and payed breakfast when I am eating. And only one person understand English. It is not easy to communicate. |

Excellent location for exploring Milan. It is very close to a metro station which makes things easier when you are backpacking.Kind and helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel for anyone a budget who wants a clean and comfort accommodation. |

The proximity to a relevant subway station (easy access to all lines from there) The room was too small (almost claustrophobic), looked old, the walls didn't offer any kind of sound protection, which the ventilation systems nearby demonstrated all night. the power plugs were almost unusable (i had to turn off the ventilation in order to use one properly) and the internet access is only using their pc, 5 euro per hour. definitely not worth the 3 stars. |

location I wanted pay by cash, but already paid by my credit card which I sent its detail for my booking guaranteed. If you want to pay by cash, should give them message when you book. |

As we were visiting friends the location was perfect. It was a bit noisy in as much we could hear the people in the next room talking. |

Once again booked for the Vienna but the room was actually across the road in the Lugana. No real problem as they are run by the same family and offer the same facilities. Situated at Lambrate it's very easy to get to, even if you want to get the train to/from Bergamo, The breakfast is basic but fine, There are a few good restaurants in the immediate facility. Good value at <€40 a nigh |
