Good,
Score from 145 reviews
“Nice staff, clean rooms and good service. The location is excellent; right next to the main train station in a somewhat quit street. I had the Laptop in room with freen internet access, which made my stay extra comfortable. There are restaurants and shops next to the hotel. The complimentary breakfast is nice and adds value to the price of the room.”

The 'Hotel Viennese' Rome was a very pleasant surprise - as it is on the 2nd floor of an old building - with an antiquated 'cage' style lift - (for 2 people!). Once there - we were pleased to find our very clean newly ffitted ensuite double room - and the staff extremely polite and helpful. The location -opposite Roma Termini (incl supermarket+) was excellent - with 'hop-on/off' bus close-by too! (I mentioned to the receptionist - (upon leaving)- it was a shame the street entrance was rather 'off-putting' - yet how pleasing it was to reach their (2nd floor) hotel!)

The staff was really friendly and the location good. Even if you were at the terminal station you never felt fear. In the room, the bathroom was all new. We stayed in a different building from that we were supposed to, the breakfast was just a coffee in a nearby korean cafe and the room was actually a double and not a triple.

Very close location with main station, easy to travel from and easy to reach to this hotel. The free internet woks very well. The staff is always available for any help required. Restaurants are nearby. We arrived at night to find out the hotel was being renovated. Fortunately there was a staff who standby and guided us to other location. This new location is nearby however. The elevator is very small, not very convenient to go up and down.

We like the location of the hotel Viennese, nice and clean rooms. We don`t like staff, because they were so distracted.. First, they counted wrong price, after that in the evening we were ask to go out because of the receptioner Lina, we were too loud.. She was shouting at us, and we felt not comfortable at all.. And terrible lady in the Pan Liu restorant (where we take breakfast) was so unfriendly and rude, there was no place to sit and eat our breakfast ( tea and bun).. So not wery good experience..

I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights and I liked everything. The service was very nice.It was near the train station-it's exacly what we need. The staff is very polite and helpful-especially Anna and Stanislave who gave us a lot of advices- where to eat and what to see. I would recomend this hotel to everybody. Tatiana and Elena.

The staff was nice and helpful, and the room was clean. 1. Bad location on a sidestreet with questionable characters hanging around. 2. Entrance to building had leakage from garbage bags strewn on floor each day after garbage was collected and smelled terrible. 3. Bed was hard as the floor 4. Bathroom was updated, but had no ventilation and smelled horrible.5. We were on 6th floor and lights went out twice at night. 6. Price was too much for what we got. There were two Viennese Hotels and we were sent to the older one.

Overall the staff was friendly. It was close to he rail station. The sheets were clean and there was a computer with free internet in the room. The hotel was very shabby, dark, and not in what we considered to be a safe area. The furnisings were old and didn't appear very clean. If you wanted a shower, the water went all over the bathroom floor and actually leaked out into the room. We were not given a room in the main hotel; rather we were sent around the corner to a much older building. The bed had a sheet and a vry thin bedspread. No additional covers were available. For approximately $165/night, we were not at all satisifed!!!!!!!!

Very friendly staff. Laptop with internet access was in the room, huge TV, hairdryer. Close to public transportation - trains, underground, busses. Breakfast in cafe next to the hotel were a bit curious, but very Italian :) The house, where the hotel is situated, really needs to be repaired

“The location is good and very close to the Termini station. The breakfirst is in the nearby bar which is simple but good. The staff is very nice who has helped us . We were surprised most is that our room was up-graded free from shared bathroom to private at same price. The rooms were very clean, very good value for our money. In room was big! TV, Laptop and free use of internet, towels, safety box air conditioned .Italian breakfast (coffee, cappuccino and croissant) was in a bar around the corner which was very good!!” Steve, London |
