Hotel Viennese  

The 'Hotel Viennese' Rome was a very pleasant surprise - as it is on the 2nd floor of an old building - with an antiquated 'cage' style lift - (for 2 people!). Once there - we were pleased to find our very clean newly ffitted ensuite double room - and the staff extremely polite and helpful. The location -opposite Roma Termini (incl supermarket+) was excellent - with 'hop-on/off' bus close-by too! (I mentioned to the receptionist - (upon leaving)- it was a shame the street entrance was rather 'off-putting' - yet how pleasing it was to reach their (2nd floor) hotel!)

We like the location of the hotel Viennese, nice and clean rooms.

We don`t like staff, because they were so distracted.. First, they counted wrong price, after that in the evening we were ask to go out because of the receptioner Lina, we were too loud.. She was shouting at us, and we felt not comfortable at all.. And terrible lady in the Pan Liu restorant (where we take breakfast) was so unfriendly and rude, there was no place to sit and eat our breakfast ( tea and bun).. So not wery good experience..

The staff was nice and helpful, and the room was clean.

1. Bad location on a sidestreet with questionable characters hanging around. 2. Entrance to building had leakage from garbage bags strewn on floor each day after garbage was collected and smelled terrible. 3. Bed was hard as the floor 4. Bathroom was updated, but had no ventilation and smelled horrible.5. We were on 6th floor and lights went out twice at night. 6. Price was too much for what we got. There were two Viennese Hotels and we were sent to the older one.

Very friendly staff. Laptop with internet access was in the room, huge TV, hairdryer. Close to public transportation - trains, underground, busses.

Breakfast in cafe next to the hotel were a bit curious, but very Italian :) The house, where the hotel is situated, really needs to be repaired

The staff there is amazing! I want to thank all of them for being so nice during our stay! The room is very good, with tv with lots of chanels and a computer! We could walk around the city because its well located in front of the huge train station!

the room it is the smallest room you can imagine. My mother remain in the shower with the soap on her and without hot water...we spend the first night in a room in which from the wall in the bathroom it was running water...

Very helpful friendly staff,always some one on duty day or night.Entrance from street a bit strange,but once upstairs,we felt very secure. Internet access.

No Phone in our room.

Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido Stand, el recepcionista. Se portó muy bien con nosotros y es una grandísima persona. Stand no te estreses!! La habitación estaba muy bien, con su portátil y todo. El desayuno también estaba muy bien: tu dulce con tu cafelito. Saludos desde los espagnolos y perdona a MIguel jajajajaja. Stand, te queremos --> Xiscosé, Marisú, Tomas Carlos, Miguel y Miriam. El hotel esta en un edificio viejo, pero lo que es el hotel no tiene nada que ver con el edificio =)

Estuve en el Viennese 2, muy buena la atencion, el personal se esfuerza por darte el mejor confort posible, muy amables, tienen una pc en la habitacion para que tengas internet disponible a cualquier hora. Tienen servicio de cafe y te gratis con galleticas a la habitacion cuando lo desees.. Lo recomiendo para personas que van de visita a la ciudad, y requieren un buen servicio al llegar al hotel sin salir de la habitación.

El hotel es un piso dentro de un edificio, pero vale... Muchos hoteles son asi en Roma, y si quieres un hotel completo tendras que pagar una buena cantidad de dinero por noche. Por otra parte, la zona aledaña a Termini es algo peligrosa por los carteristas, asi que durante la noche hay que estar pendiente, es algo que el hotel no puede cambiar.

Oikeastaan yövyimme naapurikorttelissa Evergreenissä, johon meidät ohjattiin. Siellä huone neljälle hengelle; parivuode ja seinästä laskettava kerrossänky. Lattiatilaa ei juuri jäänyt, mutta edullinen hinta olikin tärkeä kriteeri, Roomassahan ei kannata kököttää hotellissa. Korvatulpat hyvä olemassa, seinien äänieristys huono. Lapsille vapaasti käytettävä internet oli hauska lisä. Lentokenttäbussin pysäkit aivan vieressä.
