A beautiful old villa with lots of history (Leopold III stayed here) in a typical Toscane setting. We stayed here with three teenagers. We all loved it! The swimming pool was great and is accessible all the time; we had a lot of fun swimming under the stars. The management is very sweet and easy going. Gorgeous towns from the middle ages at short distance. We stayed here for 4 night, but wished we could have stayed longer! There were cats, my visiting nephew had a severe allergic reaction. Don't stay here if you have cat allergies! |

This place has character! Lovely decoration with furniture that just fits the style of the place, room with beautiful view over the tuscan hills, we heard the birds singing in the morning. The lunch/dinner menu deal is not value for money. Head out for one of the nearby villages, e.g a short drive to Monteriggioni. |

Dit was een redelijk goed hotel, wel wat oudbollig en een opknapbeurt dringend nodig! Het zwembad is zeker een troef, en ook de regionale ligging schept vele mogelijkheden tot uitstappen. |

Het restaurant bij het hotel is goed, men kan erg voor een leuke prijs lekker eten. Het hotel verkeert in een staat van achterstallig onderhoud. Op de foto ziet het er veel mooier uit dan het werkelijk is. |

L'edificio principale è molto caratteristico, l'atmosfera è di altri tempi Le camere e gran parte dell'edificio è in stato di abbandono, tenuto con poca cura e a tratti lugubre. Mancano televisione e telefono, la colazione non è compresa nel prezzo. |
